Superb, please do some more general in bCNC, as you say a true 'Swiss Army Knife' but a GUI that is - well. Trying to move from other senders for some of the extra useful bCNC features that will help with PCB board milling, but the confidence to even just move the machine knowing one small user error will break the cnc in seconds. Would be very interested in a tutorial on the height mapping / probing, and why I have a red dotted square in the graphics window which I assume is my bed size and yet the tool is outside this area on screen after homing and zeroing xy, how do you set the tool so that it is at the bottom left corner of the red square after homing ???. Yep, bCNC is superb, but, really is a nightmare. But with users like yourself taking the trouble to make vids maybe a lot more users will make the jump, Thks so much, so far I only have the confidence for moving the axis as the the rest is such a minefield and as mentioned don't want to break the cnc. PS I can produce a complete PCB to perfection with 'Candle', but it does lacks some features that bCNC has I should love to incorporate. Please keep these vid going, so useful. THKS a great job. - PS No audio likly in the upcoming vids, would be a great addition.
Thanks, I'm still a rookie at making videos but will accept the compliment. My machine is a floor standing model so capturing video of it probing and cutting a surface will take some thought and planning. That type of video is easier to record using a desktop size machine. Maybe it happens but no promises.
