I have a few suggestions for how the dragons act/look: The dragon here looks a bit non tangible in its walk, like it's almost not touching the ground. It will help if the stepping animation had a little bit of force behind it especially since this is a dragon. The way it walks when not on attack mode makes it look almost timid like it's not walking with the pride of a dragon. When it goes from walk to flight mode there's no middle ground it just instantly goes up, maybe a second or two of it starting to fly then actually flying will make it look more natural It needs a death animation that's more than just falling on flopping on the ground
