    This is such a drop-dead gorgeous scarf. I played with it for weeks and finally gave up. Then six month later I needed something really eye catching. As you say, this scarf is a monster. Can't fold, can't pleat, can't, can't, can't. My solution was very similar to yours except that I had a Beginner's Luck type knot, which wasn't nearly as pretty. Thank you for a very practical and helpful tutorial.

      You are welcome and heck yeah to the round faces! I definitely find low bulk and angles are the best for my face, or high volume at the top of my head. I don't do well with something that has a lot of volume on the side.

      Stephanie Halapija I just read your article on Wrapunzel, I love what you do! I was just diagnosed with PCOS and I'm really worried about my hair thinning, I'm only 20 and I'm not good at dating so it has been really worrying for me. I was wondering if you had any advice? I think I could feel beautiful if I wore a tichel if my hair gets thin but I'm still anxious about it

      Hi Leah! I also have PCOS, and am now in my late 20's. Have you thought about hormone therapy? I noticed nearly all my hair issues stopped getting worse once I started taking estrogen (both hair thinning & unwanted hair growth on the rest of my body). It can't undo what has been done, but it does prevent further progression. I felt the same way at your age, but I have been happily married to my prince charming for a few years now. We sound very simular in many ways, so I know you will bloom into a beautiful & confident woman... but let it happen naturally in it's own. And don't worry about love, in my experience the good men didn't even start dating until thier mid-late 20's anyways. ;)

      Leah Vingborg thank you so much ❤I'm currently treating it with birth control and spiro, is the estrogen you take separate from birth control?

    • @l.v.9206
      @l.v.9206 7 лет назад

      Yes, certain types of birth control can be used as hormone therapy, so I am sure your doc is giving you the type you need. There are lots of different options for hormone therapy birth control pills too, so don't be shy about talking to your doctor if you have any concerns... You can even request to continue on them for a few months, before taking the "week long break" ... Which I found to actually be a plus! Ha ha ;)

    I have "low vision" meaning I need a lot of light to make out details. Fortunately the sun shone directly on you for a bit and I was able to see the "finger waves" thing you did with the brown scarf. I thought that bit was so lovely. If I might, may I suggest that in doing these videos, you ladies use a lighter or more vivid color scarf when doing details such as this. When the sun went off you I was no longer able to see what you had done with the brown. Obviously not everyone is blind as a bat and this may not effect them. Just a suggestion for those of us with vision problems. BTW, the end wrap was fabulous. I liked all the knot detail on the side. Carry on.

    • @StephanieHalapija
      @StephanieHalapija 8 лет назад +1

      Hello! Yes I am wearing the Ultimate Shaper (which you can find at www.wrapunzel.com) this type, as well as others like it is called a volumizer. You wear it under your wraps to give you an excellent and smooth shape.
