Yeah 100%. The auto focus on the speaker ruins the whole gambit of the show. Can’t really see the reacting to each others statements. Hopefully others will say the same and they will adjust

As a weirdo who does not like change, it might take me a few episodes to get used to the new way. That being said, Pete...wow!! The camera is finally workin for YOU man!! The switches back and forth to one then back to both, idk. Part of The Cast has been watching reactions to the convo. And the sudden switches in subjects.... youre causing adhd in muh brain Patrick. Please let the guys finish the subjects. It all looks great!! It sounds great!! The sudden convo switches are unnatural and personally letting the subject end begore ending and switching it artificially is gona be a problem. I mean look at that sentence. Does it even make sense? Ypure makin my brain glitch out!! Lol. Overall other than that, i can get used to the rest. STOP stopping the story before the guys are done talking about it tho.

Ya some of the beauty is the soft brown of the lighting, background, and their beautiful Italian skin 🤣. And seeing them make each other laugh is a major part of what makes the show so great. Keep it up guys, I gotta hit the patreon to help pay for all this stuff

PATRICK PRODUCER: Nice quality, but the change to fullscreen when one or the other is speaking takes away from the feel of “two really funny pals chatting”. I like seeing their reactions while the other speaks :) Still, best podcast, and now they’re starting to speak freely about the state of our country which is so refreshing and in some ways encouraging, at least you feel like these guys understand what the rest of us have to put up with due to the mismanagement of this great nation. ALSO..Patrick is a nice addition, especially bc he isn’t a comedian, we want to see/hear him when you ask him to look things up, it might add a funny element to see two comedians interact with a producer. Granted, I love that you guys like the privacy, it’s genuine and that’s why your podcast feels like HOME.

The lighting took 5 years off of Pete. Pete no longer looks haggard and like he was doing the Cast in Osama Bin Laden's old cave.🤣 I like the bright, fresh look!

Gotta say I am there with a lot of the listeners, you both have to stay on screen together or it's not the same and does take away a little from the great banter you have always had going on. Jury is still out on Patrick... Kinda liked when it was the two of you, Pete in his radon filled basement (no harm intended Pete, just reference to a hilarious story you told) and Sebastian in his theatre. Keep it real guys, "The Cast" should not be too orchestrated.

It looks great! But there are too many close ups of Pete or Sebastian so you can't see the other person's reaction. That's the best part of the Cast -- seeing the other guy laughing. They need to keep it at the split screen instead of zooming in on just one person.

Not a fan of this new set up at all. The theater room and rawhide backdrop was a much better setting for the show. Full screen when one of them is talking??? We (the audience) forget that they're not in the same room which is part of the chemistry. Showing them sitting alone taking directly to the camera changes the entire vibe. Seeing their facial expressions when the other one is talking is a key part of watching the show rather than just listening. Hate to sound like a hater, but I dont think Patrick was the right guy to hire for the 'makeover'. He totally missed the mark
The sound and picture is so much better. I will wait as long as it takes to see a podcast. I’m bad to get distracted without the picture.

I always saw these two on ads but never clicked on it so tonight I said let me check these two out, and I’m so glad I did, loved it, me & my dad both Italian love Sebastian makes us laugh all the time, I took care of my Dad in my House while he was under Hospice and I to,d him I’m going to get u in a wheelchair and take u to see his show but unfortunately he passed a few weeks later from Prostate cancer so it hurts me so much we didn’t get that chance to see him..
I know you don't give a crap what my opinion is, but before you bring guests...I think you need to get use to your new setting, producer, etc. Settle in, so you get your usual mojo back.

Hey guys 22 year old guy here been watching u for a while. New format is cool. Love Sebastian, but don’t wanna just see him for 5 mins at a time while he’s talking. Keep both on the screen and don’t edit it so much. The beauty of the cast is that it’s raw and natural. Don’t kill it guys please. Genuinely enjoy watching u once a week even got my girlfriend hooked lol. Looking forward to the new ones ✌🏽
I don't like the new format, the best part was watching Pete's face while Sebastian tells stories, this back and forth full screen has lost the appeal of the casual feel of hanging out with friends. You should have left well enough alone.
Pete’s setup suits him really well especially the brighter background and the audio video quality is outstanding great job Patrick

The old format imo.was much better, spontaneous, natural...2 good friends having fun communicating with each other. Now with both of you facing forward, it's disjointed, disconnected. Having said that, I still enjoyed the show. I think Patrick's trying to include the audience more in the convo by having Pete and Sebastian looking forward instead of sideway., I'm not sure that change was necessary because I always felt right there with them anyway.
My 2 cents I’d dim the lighting. Right now it looks similar to the lighting on plane

Absolute horrible change. Removed the normal casual conversation feel, now it seems like everyother professional ass annoying production podcast. They are also too old to even handle new tech theyre still gonna unplug their mics and fuck everything up but now its even worse cause it looks professional theyre actually trying now. Disgrace to the cast.

I see CHANGES, but not IMPROVEMENTS : Abruptly cutting from a split screen, to a single shot of the one speaking, means we lose the REACTIONS of the one listening… Not only is a single shot boring, it chops off any sense of conversational flow-and introduces a feeling of entrapment, along with anxiety about what we’re missing. In other words, it’s change-for-the-sake-of-change, NOT change that strengthens this podcast. (It’s also extra-distracting for Sebastian to be talking to a “Producer” off-camera. Meanwhile, Pete’s still on his own-just in a much lighter small space)! Why on Earth, after all these years, do these two now need an in-studio Producer?! Especially since Pete’s audio was LOUDER than Sebastian’s!
