It ain't that serious. As a South Indian, I would never ever suggest idli to anyone to get a taste of South Indian dishes coz I don't like it too! Idli in itself doesn't have any taste. You should know how much Sambar or Chutney to use. they were left alone to figure it by themselves!

We have many options like rasgulla jelebi n more plz introduce more variety if possible Hope they come india soon n enjoy our original street food
