My theory involves the messages in hallucination hall, like you mentioned about taking their key organs. Yes, they would first test the children before choosing who exactly fits those qualities for becoming a toy. In hallucination hall, one of the things that are mentioned is a child stuck in a duffel bag missing key bones/organs. Most likely, it is a complicated surgery where they take those organs and put them into the toy body that already has some of the other things like a mouth and eyes. Then they might attach proper blood vessels and whatever else would need to be applied to the body/organs, as well as a voice box so that the toys can communicate. Potentially connected directly to the brain, sort of like adding an AI chip to their brain which has allowed those who had it to control computers with their mind. (That has actually happened successfully) and when the voice box works and everything is added properly, they will seal it up and wait for the toy to wake up. At which point they will be somewhat disoriented from literally having their organs transferred to another body, but they will eventually gain better control over their new body. Then they can go on to their tasks and continue living as a toy. I hope that made enough sense for you guys.

I steady, she may have killed one of Miss Delight's sisters to protect herself since they went crazy, and she used their blood to paint on the walls to warn us about Playcare. And in the cardboard cutout, she was probably angry too because she was dealing with loss from her friends like DogDay

Huggy was in the lobby, missy was on the train, mommy longlegs was at game station, boxy was patrolling the hallways, whilst the smiling critters/mini huggies were hunting on the stairways (from what we can see by viewing the hour of joy). It makes no sense that Leith Pierre got out and survived that.

As it shows how much Playtime Co. was getting away with a lot of stuff behind the scenes from public eyes. But its crazy to think how Playtime Co. actually turns them into toys especially considering the size of toys we've seen that have been alive that with smaller toys human organs wouldn't be able to fit into like Poppy, the Mini Huggies, the Smiling Critter plushies, and the Bron toy with Thomas Clark.
