Sir, even in Rural & town areas, the land cost in commercial areas for 50 bedded hospital will be roughly 1 Cr. to 3 Cr.

Also It is including Land cost in metro cities....Govt gets land FREE and almost FREE and as the number of bed increases, economies of scale kick in...hope you are able to connect the missing dots.
In any city or town a good hospital excluding land cost is 25k -50k per bed depending on quality of machines and furnitures used..
Mere friend ka hospital hai but wo chala nahi pa raha 15 bed hospital hai or karcha per month 2 lakh ka hai

Best is to buy roadside agri land convert and build hospital
you can do it but ensure that u convert the land title transferred into commercial category( for hospital )
When they say XYZ cost per bed,what do they mean?
Does it mean every required equipment for every single bed?Like for example,life support system for every single bed?I dont think majority of hospitals do that.
yes great ! it is calculated as total expected expenditure in the project and divided bu no of beds
How can someone start with a small hospital or nursing home then gradually build a bigger hospital.. is 3 crores enough in the starting phase ??

Minimum qualification req to open a hospital as an owner
Hospital can be owned by anyone but should have a full time medical director who’s qualified for the service offered
