Lee Kerslick played drums on the 1st two Ozzy Blizzard of Ozz records Bob Daisley Wrote those two albums w/Randy Rhodes , Lee Kerslick & Jonny Cook on Keyboards . That UK TV show w/Randy on the LP & Poka Dot V that band was w/the Recording / Writing Band Bob Lee Randy & Cook on keys. Don Airley took over & even back then on DOAMM intersleeve it had a pic of the touring band Rudy Sarzo , Tommy Aldridge & Airley on keys they recorded SOTD live record w/the touring band right after Randy died. same stage gear…Bob Daisley went on to write BATM & co wrote w.Jake E Lee on Ulltment Sin the chord progressions,,,were laied down on BATM Jake E Lee basically doubled the tracks & did his solo spots on it.
I've worked in customer service for nearly 30 years. The difference between good and bad customer service is being able to help the customer with a smile on your face even when you find them to be completely insufferable. I've never run a friedman amp, and most certainly never will. The guy comes off like a total asshole. Takes a lot for me so say something unkind about a fellow Detroiter, though I have a feeling he grew up in the burbs. Probably Grosse Pointe or Bloomfield Hills.
The kid is a great player, but to dismiss Satriani albums as if was nothing just to promote the artist doesn't come out great. The last Satch albums are not on par with his early stuff but there are good songs still. The last great Satriani album for me was Professor Satchafunkilus and the Musterion of Rock. Sammy Boller is a great player, but his music is not unique.
Just catching up on the episodes..As a big RR fan, I'm loving the Ozzy talk at the beginning so far..I just wanted to chime in and state that Jake E Lee softened the blow to me when Randy passed..I loved his playing too..K , back to watching.
Thank you guys so much for having me on. Was a blast!!!

Great show as always. Sammy reminds me a bit of a young Dave Murray! Any chance you could try to get John Suhr on for a 3rd time with Pete?

Yeah David Lee Roth can't help himself, he's the biggest goof ball in rock and roll history.
