I'm gonna tell you how I changed my daily routine,
I was doing all things which was not important for me , simply I was wasting my time & I was not happy I felt guilty always, specially in night . One day I realized, what am I doing, all my time is being spent on useless things, and 2 weeks ago, I decided that I will change myself. And I searched a lot of videos on RUclips, to be more productive & disciplined, I made to do lists . I changed all my routines, and it's been 2 weeks since I did all this, and I feel a lot better now.
