Body Needs stillness walking, cycling, cooking, Hiking, etc. (repetitive motion) 3. Spiritual stillness Importance of Enough and life isn't any fun without a sense of enough (Ex: How much money in specific amount is enough for living good life)

Mene is se nikalne ki koshish bhi ki per one se two days hi tik pata hu or phir se sone lagta hu. RUclips se bhi bahut sare videos dekh liye but it doesn't work.
