If I ask you to list 5 habits that are good for the brain-
5 minute bhi nahi lagega apko list karne mein.
But If I ask you to list 5 habits that destroy our brain, you will think for a while.
We don’t even know what simple day-to-day things are harming us more than anything.
We can be the victims of major brain damage just by ignoring them.
After reading several reports and studies, I have come up with 9 such habits that are damaging your brain without you even noticing.
By the time you notice, it will be too late.
Habit number 3 will blow your mind.

I'm thankful to Seeken that I have already overcame the habit of zombie scrolling, information overload and toxic eating habits in the past.
But I still have long way to go. From today, I'm starting 21 days challenge to remove 3 habits which are: Social isolation, Poor sleep pattern and Not exercising.

Very good information. Recently my performance, memory and concentration has declined. This is because of some bad habits I developed unintentionally. I'll start working on those. 1)Proper Sleep 2) Sitting too long 3)Socialization

I am going to work on these three habits:
1. Zombie Scrolling
2. Maintaing a balance diet and stop eating zunk food
3. Stopping sitting much and will try to work as much as possible from my end
Furthermore, I'll try to work on one another habit which is stop eating sugar in the next 21 days. I am fond of eating sweet food but I know this is not good for my health, hence, I'll try to reduce it as much as possible.

@@jaymataji7484 I have completed MCA and now I'm preparing for IT companies interviews. As I have no college as well as job, I can study for minimum 10 hours daily. As you said you are in 9th std., I don't know about your schedule for school and tuitions but I would suggest to study for as much time as you can allocate. And remember this time must be minimum 3-4 hours per day.
Here is a golden advice -
1) Avoid fapping (This will destroy your energy, control your urge)
2) Avoid communication with girls (You will get distracted easily if you don't)

I have only 2 bad habits that is poor sleep pattern and sitting too much. I have already improved so much in past few days and from today I will improve my sleeping habit as well. Sitting too much is my majboori because I am preparing for competitive exam .
