Here are the lyrics to "Strangled In The Night" for anyone who wants to sing this randomly at your next family gathering and make people wonder what's wrong with you. 😁😉 (Sung to the tune of "Strangers In The Night") Strangled in the night by some intruder Bludgeoned in the night, what could be ruder? To have my life end by one I never knew Strangled in the night I was so frightened to be strangled in the night His arms would tighten Then, he suddenly let go Little did he know Karate was my favorite pastime He got his, and now I'm glad I'm Free to roam the streets, to go out walking Look around to see that he's not stalking No more 'fraid of being Strangled in the night I asked my mom where she learned this song and she couldn't remember, but that she used to sing it all the time with my cousin (her niece), Lora. Weirdness runs in the family!
🥰🥰 Don't apologize for enjoying your mom or having a little fun. A lot of us don't have our mom's any more and would love to be able to be goofy with them again. I don't think there are very many "normal" people, some pretend, but we are all a little disfunctional.
Bonnie, I LOVE that you are not only doing house cleanings, but also decluttering. This sets you apart from what is now becoming a saturated content to view. I love your authenticity in this video. Your quirkiness, kindness, and empathy makes you stand apart.
I absolutely loved this video! You and your mother are so fun to watch especially on that exercising machine!! You really gave me the full bouncing belly laugh!! LOL
This is not being immature. You are being fully authentic, playful, and fun. I think the voice over on this video is more authentic and your own voice. Your own humor shining through. It is nice to see.
I was laughing first when you battled with those litter pickers because we act like that with my mom too. Second laughs I got from you two testing out the exercise bench 😂 I love it. Life is full of joy if you just notice the small opportunities to have fun. ❤
I appreciate when you talk about strategies for how you decide to tackle a project and what you use to clean, sort, organize, and remove/recycle. I don't think you need to apologize or qualify your voice overs - - It's your content, do what you want and own it!
I don’t know which was more hysterical: the sword fight with the grabbers OR the exercise machine segment!! I laughed so hard I cried ❣️❣️❤️❤️. Loved it.🥰
That "exercise" machine was wild. You and your Mom were really trying to figure out the benefits of that machine. It made me laugh. Looking forward to seeing more videos from this series. ❤😊
You and your mom are a hoot! Love watching you both on that machine. You are so funny! I was laughing just watching you!😂😂😂 Hugs to both. Great job! 👍🥰💜🍁🍁🍁
I just love the fun you had with your mom. So many of us would love to have our moms around to have that kind of fun. That was the craziest machine I have ever seen. I just laughed the entire time. Thanks for making my day!
Omg the pair of ye are absolutely hilarious 🤣 As for the machine I don’t know what to make of it. I’m really looking forward to this series. Heather has been through so much and is so brave to show all this. Have a great week and please don’t get strangled in the day or night. Mary messer 🙇♀️🙇♀️👏👏👍💪🙏💐
I was listening to your videos while I was working, feeling bored while I was working, so I cleaned my desk! It was so dusty, but it looks so nice now, and it will be nice to go to work on Monday and have a clean desk!
I love watching the relationship between you and your mother. I have three older sisters and we all tend to pee ourselves laughing when we get together. Our mother passed when I was 21 but I think her sense of humor is what bonds the four of us most.
🤣now I know , you inherited your special sense of humor from your mom. I had a marvellous time living your life vicariously, thanks. Oh , and it seems you will have to take up karate, in case your mom strangles you again.
That would be so hard to wrap my mind around! So glad you have the super power to help people with this kind of overwhelming situation. I learned so much from your folding video and just in time too. My daughter is moving back home and I had taken over her room with my stuff and now I am Swedish style cleaning. However, I want to keep much of my sheets, blankets and clothing. Learning how to fold them better is allowing me to do that.
Awesome! And I love that you are doing Swedish Death Cleaning. I'm going to talk about that a bit in the last video of this series. It's a great concept!
Fun loving. Sense of humor. NOT IMMATURE!!!! Able to have fun or joke at the drop of a hat. Be able to tease without being mean. Inner child is running with abandon. Yeah!!!!! Living life
I think the sandals were created for women in high heels at formal events who need to take a break for their feet. I think Heather (or whomever you were talking to) was alluding to that too. Thanks for posting Bonnie. Im slipping into a bit of a depression and your video made me feel, I don't know, less alone today. ❤
I'm sorry you're slipping into a depression. I know this time of year is hard for a lot of people, my husband included. I used to get a bit depressed this time of year, especially on days when the sun doesn't come out at all, but I have learned that if I stay busy, even if I have to force myself to get started, it helps a lot because there isn't time to dwell on the negative thoughts that seem to come when I'm idle. Another thing that has helped is just telling myself the thoughts are only thoughts and I get to decide what to do with them and I can even choose to think about something else, like how much I have to be grateful for. But, there are some days where that is harder. I'm going to be creating a wall of positive and uplifting quotes in my office that I can turn to when I'm feeling a little down or unmotivated. I'm always amazed at the power of words and how much just reading an inspirational story or quote can lift my mood. If all else fails, I watch funny dog/cat videos. 😊😉 I hope you find a way to pull yourself out. I'll keep trying to put a smile on your face! Take care!😘
@ABeautifulMessExtremeCle-zl1wp thanks Bonnie. I know it's a lot for you to reply to comments, so I can't express how much I appreciate you making the time and devoting the energy to do so. It is cloudy here today, has been for a bit, probably snowing on you guys and headed East onto us soon. After that the sun will come back and that will help. ❤️ 💛
I love watching you interact with your mother. I miss those fun times with my mom, she passed away in 2007 and I still miss her terribly to this day!!😭😭
Thank you. I’ve had my parents stuff in my garage 6 years & don’t know how to deal with it. Too much emotion? I’m in Connecticut & would like to be able to park my car. It’s a 2 car garage! This is delightful. Your Mom on that machine is a wonderful hoot! 💙 Wishing you & yours well.
Aww it's hard to start something like that isn't it! ❤ The best person who talks about this kind of stuff is Dana K White, because she makes it completely non emotional, so it works super well with sentimental stuff like this. I used it when going through my husband's stuff after he passed away. It's all about giving things a proper home in your house, where you can find it and enjoy it, but not make the house too cluttered in the process. Her steps also help us identify what doesn't have a home in your house and can be donated ❤ We can keep whatever we want, but we can't usually keep everything because we need space for other things, and for ourselves
I have a suggestion. Start by going through 1 box. As you pick up an item let it "tell" you what to do with it. Set up other boxes for keep, sell if you choose, donate, trash and one more very important box...l don't know. If it gets too hard to make decisions quit and go back to it later. Wishing you Peace as you struggle with the loss of your parents.❤

You and your mom are a hoot. That exercise machine was unusual 😂😂 You had your organizational skills in high gear with all those clothes bedding. It's hard to go through loved ones' things. Emotions can run high. She's blessed to have you. Can't wait to see the next one❤❤❤❤
I love your mum, the pair of you are hilarious. I think it should be a regular thing that your mum sings a weird song every time she's working with you 😂. I remember those exercise things. It looks great fun! I'm going excited for this series. Take care Bonnie ❤
I can't think of a time when I have been with my mom where she hasn't sung some kind of random odd song at some point or recited a poem. I have learned a lot of goofy songs, poems, and jingles from her.😄
@@ABeautifulMessExtremeCle-zl1wp Treasure these memorable times that you're sharing with your mom. My mother got Alzheimer's at 67 and no longer knew who my brothers or father and I were.
