I'm not following any particular diet, but have recently found out that my Vitamin B12 is really low, so I need increase my intake of red meat and also supplement my B12 - We women just need to do what we need to do.
i was vegan for like seven years and a couple of months ago i decided to end it and go back to full omnivore. i have to admit i´m happier now. it worked for me for a long time until it didnt, and now i´m choosing something different. these things are suuuuper personal and i´m glad that you found a solution through this change to whatever issue you were having. love you susie
Don't worry about telling us about your diet change! I tried being vegan for about a month and immediately became anemic and started losing my hair despite eating ridiculous amounts of legumes and spinach, so dietary restrictions aren't for everyone, especially if you have health issues. I have two autoimmune diseases so my body just can't handle the lack of nutrients from meat. Whatever your reason is, don't feel bad about doing what's right for your body. Your health is #1!
You did the vegan thing wrong then, I've been vegan for 5 years now and never felt healthier, my skin is so clear, I never feel sluggish. Animals are pumped with so many disgusting chemicals and fillers, it's shocking. Not to mention the suffering just to end up on a plate

I’m pescatarian most of the time but occasionally eat chicken and turkey. I absolutely hate food waste so if my omnivore husband has too many leftovers for him to eat before they go bad, I will eat it to keep it from going in the garbage. You do you girl! Love all your videos ❤
I hate seeing food wasted,it's a sin in my religion (isl**am,i did that because youtube delets my comment if i wrote it)so whenever theres left overs,we freeze the rice and eat it another time when we have nothing to cook,and the meat/chicken left we give it to cats or dogs in the street.

I’m in school to be an esthetician and some tips I’ve learned that have really helped me is to create a very basic routine to start: cleanser toner serum moisturizer and eye product you can also include an exfoliant and mask once a week. I also find that the application is super important, I cleanse my face for 1 minute usually and then I pat in all of my other products I find it penetrates deeper in the skin. Just a couple tips for you!! Let me know if they help❤

If you can I would really recommend seeing a dietitian - doctor's don't tend to have a lot of nutrition training so talking to an expert would only help with your health and balancing all of your vitamins, etc. out :) Could also be a cool video in terms of them helping you figure out and achieve some nutrition goals!

When helping narrow down products, I tell my loved ones to identify important things first and KISS (keep it simple, stupid😂). For example, the basics for me are sun protection, hydration, soothing, and managing hyperpigmentation. Then I factor in my skin type when narrowing down products. Since I’ve got oily and dry spots, I’ve got to keep that in mind. The last bit to consider is, are you going to actually use the products and methods of application? Consistency is more important than concentration. Cos if you don’t use it, there’s not much of a point getting it. I hate unscrewing loads of bottles and droppers, so I’ve got most products in a push pump container or sprayer. Best of luck!!

Same thing happened to me a few years ago. I was pescatarian and Dr told me same thing. I have found salmon, chicken and turkey are best for me. I do eat beef and pork on occasion, but I noticed those forms of protein just don't agree with my digestion and health. And I have found that I'm still able to maintain my weight eating this weight so all in all it's been a good adjustment. Hope it works out well for you too!❤

I highly recommend Bondi sands pure gradual tan (it’s a clear lotion and easy to spread, I hate fake tanning mousse so I use gradual tanner) like 2 nights in a row is there perfect tan colour
