The headers came with exhaust manifold bolts, exhaust manifold gaskets, collector gaskets, and collector bolts and nuts. I would recommend getting a set of GM exhaust manifold gaskets as the one that came with were garbage. Basic hand tools are all that is necessary but a torch is handy for rusty bolts. Also you may need a welder if one or more of the exhaust manifold bolts are broken off.
@@kptautomotive1802 what about any o2 sensors cause I have a solo exhaust but I’m trying to make sure I have everything covered when it comes to installing the headers
@@bobbysmith9082 The headers have a O2 sensor bung in each collector. You will install the pre cat O2 sensors in these bungs. You will also need a O2 extension harness for the drivers side. Many companies sell them. The passenger side had enough wire on it. The headers should bolt right to the factory exhaust. I assume your exhaust merges into one mid way back on the car?
Yes the headers did delete the cat on each bank. One per side, 2 total. You will need to tune out both rear O2 sensors and associated codes in order to eliminate check engine lights.
Need headers and a tune were you located..
Southern Wisconsin
So what all you needed besides the headers for the installation

Did the headers delete a set of cats? Is there more than one set?

Still got the stock cats?
Owner sold them and more than paid for the headers!😁
