@@boota1979 Yes, we are asking farmers to have solidarity with the people of the nation, to get on board with healthy organic food production, and family sized farms. We ask them to turn against industrial farming practices: steroid hormones in pellets stapled into the ears of beef cattle, cruel and confining treatment of animals; and the Agricultural Chemical Manufacturing companies peddling pesticide and fertilizer. We are asking our farmers to turn back the clock to traditional farming like it was before industrialization, and accept a fair distribution of land in family homesteads. There can be no complicity with enemies of the people on the part of our dear farmers, who are our people, and the heartbeat of the folk. Come to the table!

You ask a good question i think without Doubt this will Get worse before it gets better we will probably get food shortages, we import so many products we are dependent more on other countries many things We Buy from China and Malaysia and Hong Kong ect Taiwan
But Now Listn How they deliberately Demonise China first sign of causing trouble and yet we but still from china its crazy but the ones doing this don't care about ordinary people

Speaking for myself, from since I was born we lived off the land as peasant farmers and ate only what we grew raised and foraged. There is a huge difference btwn eating store bought fruit and picking say your own from the tree.. The store fruit tastes of chemicals.. Of late I have stopped eating them because they leave a burning sensation in my mouth n my tongue feels like its doubled in size.
Our focus is food security through growing our own food and foraging.. Sweden is a foraging paradise, we also fish. We have an acre to grow on. I couldn't believe it when i read that even potatoes are washed in chemicals to slow sprouting... 😮Shocking! .. We buy heritage seeds so we can save our own seeds.. Sow Diverse and The Real Seed company sell great seeds both of them are in the UK. My daughters live in Bham and they also grow in their small garden.. Supermarkets are only just about 100 years old before that everyone grew most of their own food and foraged.
Just dug up last year's left over potatoes on the weekend.. We grow at least 20 varities and multicoloured.. Tomatoes we must have at least 100 varities.. We grow anything and everything naturally using only organic matter.. We give alway loads, freeze, dry and I make vegie flour and mix with a bit of flour for baking bread n more.. Every year we also grow over 100 pumpkins.. We have lots of fruit trees, berry bushes.. Just planted at least 50 berry bushes from cuttings from friends n neighbours.. Also used to volunteer at a garden centre and got lots of plants.. We are creating a food forest to be self sufficient.. Started very small and just increase year on year..brought three different colour grape vines and will be planting those..
Each vine is about the cost of a fast food meal.. We will soon eat grapes every year and generations to come will eat too.

The more we support good farming practice, regenerative non-factory farming, the more it will grow and become the norm. I don't buy chicken unless it's organic. I'd rather go without if I can't afford it. Organic or home raised/door sale eggs are still a fantastic protein and nutrition source and not expensive for what you get from them.

I’ve been eating a high animal fat, meat and eggs diet known as the carnivore diet for over three years and have reversed all my seriously painful autoimmune conditions, my skin conditions and hayfever have gone. The best thing I’ve ever done for myself! Lots are doing it all over the world and reversing diabetes 2, MS, RA, depression, anxiety all sorts of health issues, even as part of a self cancer therapy that appears to be working. I don’t listen to that eating grains, veggie/seed oils, carbs and fibre rubbish, I and others have found it all a load of garbage. Plants are no good for me and others! Why do you think they want to get rid of livestock, because it makes us strong bodied, and strong minded! 😊

Isn't it strange that in the UK, where certain fruits naturally grow, that even amongst thousands of acres of land there are no apple, or pear trees. No plums, blueberries, strawberries and such growing wild. If the gov wanted us to be healthy surely they would do drives where they planted these so we could all access free fruit and even vegetables it sickens me to my core xx.

Cooking from scratch is relaxing and rewarding. A few mins chopping and browning, then in the oven or on the stove for a bit. Really isn’t any more effort than reheating a ready meal, but so much cheaper and tastier. But i learned to cook as a child by spending time in the kitchen with my nana and mother. By 10 i was cooking the family evening meal because i finished school at 4 and my parents didn’t get home until 6. But these days the kids are far too busy playing computer games.
