Help me out after the last community challenge I claimed the reward but ubi club crashed and it said claimed but wasn't in my inventory. Any idea how get a claim or something

Hey - so I started the game in January after the Trials had all taken place. Luckily Anubis trial was then available, which I did and got Conductor of Souls. Then at the time of the DLC Sobek was made available again, which I did and got Was Scepter. Now today, Sehkmet is available (the 1st time since I started) and I've just done it and got the Tomb Protector shield. I don't have the bow or Anubis outfit...do I have to wait until another trial or has something gone wrong? Cheers!
Thanks for keeping me updated. Its such a great think to dont have to watch every few days if the chalange has started... i only have to wait for joraotor videos, and o know everything whats goin down in AC Origins and can play other games instead...keep it on man. Your just awsome
I don’t know if this has already been covered but when u play the ambush at sea quest while your loading in get the aya character to draw her sword and if you look closely you can see that she is holding the sword of the duat. It has the red inscribings on it with the Anubis head on the hilt and everything. I just thought it was cool.
So back when the last trial was active (Trial of Sobek) I defeated Sobek multiple times and of course I only got one item. But, by accident I discovered a glitch, when I reloaded the quest objective it gave me an extra item. When I realized this i reloaded it again, and after doing this enough times I was able to obtain all of the items. I got the Blue Annubis outfit, the Sheild of Aaru, the Tooth of Sobek, the Jackal, the Was Scepter, the Scales of Truth, and the Assessor of Ma'at. So yeah this was really awesome because I basically tricked the game into giving me all of the rest of the items in the Annubis set. Before that i had only completed one other trial and I also managed to aqcuire more than one item. Though all I got that time was the Conductor of Souls, the Tomb Protector, the Red Annubis outfit, and the Sunslayer. (From community challenge) -So yeah I'd suggest maybe give it a try idk if it works for everyone but after killing the God just reload quest objective. Hope this helps someone..
Hi JorRaptor, today glitch gave me one more gold Anubis weapon and outfit too. I have collected the Shield of Aaru today as the community challenge was achieved. Then completed Reda's mission, played two rounds of Gladiator Arena and on the Arena exit, Assessor of Ma'at bow with the Radiance of Anubis outfit popped out.
Serious New Finding - which will require lengthy but worth it explanation ;-) After completing the latest 'Trialss...' and recieving the rewards, I then continued to play my latest 3rd gameslot playthrough (after receiving this weeks bonus weapons on 2nd & 3rd Gamesaves plus the new Blue Anubis outfit on my original 1st gamesave). I was at letopolis, during which I got a mission that took me across the river to an island that also contained the final 4th part of the 'Taste of her Sting' quest. Having only done parts 1&2, I investigated this underground chanting, but then got a marker revealed to the 3rd part that was miles away. Thinking it would save me time coming all the way back I slaughtered the fanatics, but this ended the mission: so no marker or reward when I travelled to the 3rd site... Having tried wandering around and getting nowhere I chose to use the 'reset mission' option from the completed mission marker, thinking it would probably require a full do-over... WRONG! I was immediately given the mission completed message, and then I was also given the 'Community Challenge' completed signal as well, so it added the new Anubis outfit on this 3rd gamesave!!! The reason for this long explanation is so that you can see where I'm coming from: I think that either... A) The reset of this mission somehow triggered the reapplying of the community challenge Or B) The community challenge may be reapplied if you complete an unfinished mission whilst having taken part in the challenged *during* said mission. Either way, it's a bloody difficult set of circumstances to test/replicate. Oh, and I now have 3 Anubis outfits. :-D
When I did my first Community challenge it bugged and i didnt get a reward. After killing Sobek i got sunslayer so I killed two gods (now three) and only got one Community Challenge reward. Nice Work Ubi ...
I have no idea why and I’m so sorry I forgot until now, but during the last Sobek week, I managed to obtain the Was sceptre AND the Tomb Protector shield. I got the Was sceptre on the first day of the event and I killed him a few times because I like being helpful for the community challenge and halfway through the week I collected the Jackal sceptre from the community event. But on the last day I wanted to try beating him again and when I did I got the tomb protector, so I don’t know if it’s a glitch or not but I’m certainly going to try again!

I picked up the Sekhmet trial today and after was awarded the Was Sceptre. How do I get the outfit you mentioned in your video ?. Do I just keep doing this challenge several times ? I play on PC. Secondly, how can I get more Ubisoft Club points so I can pick up the Warden’s Outfit, I already have the new weapons, but I need 40 Ubisoft points for the Warden outfit. As I said, I completed the Sekhmet trial twice today, but saw no increase in my Ubisoft Club points. I currently have only 5. I a level 45, and also completed the Hidden Ones DLC with over 80 plus hours in this game. Anyway, this has to be the best RPG game to date !! . Would appreciate any advice. Many thanks.
When sobek was live I killed him 4 times and got the septor the first time, the tomb protector the second time, the warrior bow you showed the third time and the Anubis outfit the fourth
For some reason i got the new set fighting Anubis in my first event, and the old Anubis set for fighting Sobek, the weapons are nice but i dont really care much for these outfits. It would be cool if the Anubis mask could be worn on other outfits tho..
Hey, i've done all of the trials at least twice, and I have the Sunslayer, The Jackal, and The Shield of Aaru, but I dont have the gold version of the Scales of Truth, or the community challenge outfit. I play on Xbox One btw. If you know why i dont have those 2 things, please reply explaining why, and if I can still get them.
I got (shield of Amit) (tomb protector shield) (sword of the duat) (sunsslayer sword) (conductor of souls sword) (the sekhem scepter) (the jackal scepter) and the (was scepter) oh and the (dark side of the Moon) outfit. And the (scales of truth warrior bow).
I’m playing on PS4 and I did the first community challenge but didn’t get the weapon. Then I did the next community challenge thinking it might give me both but I only got the sun slayer. Same thing happened with the last community challenge, I only got the scepter.
Dude when I went to fight sekment just a few minutes ago all my doc content was gone after the 1.21 update. And when I went to download the content on the deluxe pack. PSN doesn't have that content on there anymore!! What is going on?!?!?!
Great vids JR! I didn’t get my Sunslayer sword for the last community event even though I believe the PS4 community hit the target of 300K defeats. I went to the UBSoft club and hit the weekly challenge confirmation. Any clue what I did wrong or what to look for next time? Thanks for your help
I've killed sehkmet at least 20 times today, but when I go to ubisoft club on either my PC or through the game, It doesn't show that I've contributed to the community challenge. Like where It says the total amount of times that he's been killed out of 300000, it says "You: (then how many times you've done it)" but mine just says "0". Even though I've done it over 20 times today. I thought that It might be just an update error on the site because I don't believe it would update every time someone kills him, so I waited a couple hours to check back and see it had changed but it had not. I contacted someone through twitter, they told me to contact proper support, so I did and they couldn't really tell me anything either. So i'm just wondering if anyone here has any idea of what I could do to fix this, because I don't want the event to end and not get my reward for it. Has this happened to anyone else? if so how did you fix it?
I killed sekhmet thrice (all since the 6th Feb), first time I got the conductor of souls, and the second time I got the wa's Sceptre. I was confused because I thought it was one per boss so I thought her a third time, but no shield.
Hey Jorraptor, I need help. I accidentally hit triangle on PS4 after trying to equip the new bow the “Assesor”? After beating Sekmet i got the new gear, hit the wrong button and it vanished. How do I get it back?
Maybe someone can help me out, because I’m not totally sure I understand all this yet... You get one item, in order, for each trial boss you defeat? In my case, I’ve defeated 2 trials, and I received the sword and scepter, in that order. So when all 3 come back and I defeat all 3, I should definitely get the shield, bow, and outfit, yes? Then, the same sort of thing applies to the challenges? You get one item for each challenge you participate in (provided the community completes it) in that specific order, ending with the new blue Anubis outfit after my fifth participated/completed challenge, correct? Thanks in advance for any info!
Hey Jor, I’m having some issues with trial of the gods... my game always freezes when I’m half way defeating the god and all I can do is eject the disc and start all over again. Do you know what’s the issues or what can be done? Thanks
I defeated Sobek and I entered Ubisoft club to get the shield, and I did press X (PS4) to get the shield, never got it. I thought it'll get fixed when I restart the game, it didn't fix.

I managed to get this outfit, shield and weapons through a death glitch in my second save. Unfortunately I wasn't awarded the outfit on my first, where I have all but the second shield and blue outfit. :/
PC version of AC Origins. As I said on my last post here. I am level 45 and already completed the Hidden Ones DLC. So I completed the Sekhmet Trial today 3 times and did NOT get any legendary weapons or shields or any outfits. Is there a bug in this game ?. I have the latest patch. Yup all I got for my reward was more XP and ability points. So I tried the Sekhmet Trial a fourth time and same problem, no weapons or shield, or even an outfit as a reward. My question to Ubisoft, is there a bug ? Or am I missing the point here about the reward system ?. Surely I should be rewarded with something. The very first time I completed the Sekhmet Trial I did get the Was Septer, but now I don’t get anything but XP and ability points. This seems unfair. Also are there some major differences between the PC version and console version ? Also it seems unfair that after completing The Sekhmet Trial more than 4 times today I did not get any more Ubisoft Club points. So how am I ever gonna be able to get my Warden Outfit. Something does not seem right with the reward system just now when completing these Trials. Also every time they bring in a trial it lasts about 6 days, but you only seem to get one God at a time so how on earth am I going to get any outfits or more legendary weapons ? As I said I just grind away at defeating the one God several times and no big rewards. How many times does this go on ?. Ubisoft only seem to issue these God Trials one at a time and each God Trial lasts 6 days I think, then you have to wait and check your in game notifications to see if another trial is coming along. Yup I am “ Confused.com “ !!!!
Well I want everything from these trials since I wasn't able to do the triathlon of the gods because I got the game on Christmas and wasn't the appropriate level but sekhmet is my third kill now so hopefully I can get

U can get the anubis outfit if u kill just one god and take the reward if the challange is finished u have to change the scale of the enemies real quick 4 times and u have all items and the outfit , i have on three slots the blue outfit and it always worked u have to done it real quick for those who has not the outfit yet :)))
Adnan Baig so if the community challange is done u have to go to the ubisoft club to take the reward press x or A and if u done this u go back to ur game and then u have got one weapon then u go to the option and change the scale of the enemies and u have to do this real fast change it 3 times and u get all items and the outfit on your slot

Just got to say I really wish they made these god challenges open after you are max rank without them showing up randomly every other week or stuff. Just put them in -game and let them rotate at random times that the player can teleport to and enter when they want to. Not gonna lie, I've had the game since launch with the season pass cause I had to have the dawn of the creed collectors edition (it's egypt, I love anything having to do with egypt), and sadly I have yet to have the time to play the game. Life work and real world stuff keep me from this. I just hope with the last dlc they patch this in so people who don't have a million hours in the day to game can at least still get this stuff. Btw, thanks jorRaptor, love the videos and updates.
Huh this is my 3rd god I killed and still need the bow and outfit, but when I claimed my reward for the community challenge on the ubisoft app nothing dropped so I reloaded the quest and got the blue anubis outfit and the shield of aru and the assessor of ma'at. Must have glitched because I still need the red outfit and last weapon for the 4th trial.
I’ve done all the community challenges and just picked up my reward from last challenge (shield of Aaru) have killed Sekhmet a couple of times now and have gotten no reward except xp and money... seems mine is glitch 😬
So I just received the shield of Aaru golden Anubis item today nice work everyone and thanks, but then right after I did Reda's quest of day after witch I did the Ambush at Sea side quest. What I thought was interesting was after I completed ambush at Sea I received the Assessor of Ma'at golden Anubis Warrior Bow and the Radiance of Anubis Outfit. So has anyone else came across this glitch?
JorRaptor i need some help . I ve got two accounts in assassin's creed origins . One lvl 42 and one lvl 45 . If I play in trial of the gods community challenge from both , I'll get the golden anubis item in both in the end of the event ?
Is there a chance that ubisoft will make an update for ur gear so u can use like 2 swords instead of a sword and shield , and u can modify ur own outfit so u can wear the helm from isu armor and the body from roman legionary and shoes from warden’s oath?
I have never started a new game yet ever since this game was first released. But if I do start a new game "do I get to keep all my gear from all these God challenges I've completed?

I have two “the jackal” scepters, two sunslayer swords, two jackals gaze bows, two tomb protector shields and two trophy hunter bows. Does anyone else do? I feel like it’s a glitch
So you get the bow and outfit the next event on february 20th something If you´ve done Anubis for sword, Sobek for scepter and now Sekhmet for shield and the next event is all 3 gods simultaneously?
Oh okay, well I´ve killed each of the gods atleast 2 times and I killed Sekhmet yesterday for 4 times. Didnt get any other loot other than gold unfortunately.

only problem you get the drop just if challenge is complet and that needs some days , was it at beginning not normal event no community challenge and you get the item after defeated the boss ? so why is this now a challenge ? that you must wait much days to get the item ???
I actually got the Radiance of Anubis when i booted up the game 3 days ago and i did not witness the first events back when the game was released though. That is strange and i do not know anything about the glitch to get the blue anubis outfit.

Yes you have to wait until Anubis shows up again to get the bow and outfit

Did you try restarting your game or pc?
I play on PS4, but yes I tried restarting the game. I tried all the troubleshooting options on ubisoft site.

I got the radiance of anubis without doing the challenge, I died from a regular enemy and when I respawn, I was awarded with it.
I defeated Sobek and I entered Ubisoft club to get the shield, and I did press X (PS4) to get the shield, never got it. I thought it'll get fixed when I restart the game, it didn't fix.
For some reason I haven't gotten the outfit ?
I defeated Sekhmet and it popped up that I unlocked it, but its not in my inventory.

I managed to get this outfit, shield and weapons through a death glitch in my second save. Unfortunately I wasn't awarded the outfit on my first, where I have all but the second shield and blue outfit. :/
PC version of AC Origins. As I said on my last post here. I am level 45 and already completed the Hidden Ones DLC. So I completed the Sekhmet Trial today 3 times and did NOT get any legendary weapons or shields or any outfits. Is there a bug in this game ?. I have the latest patch. Yup all I got for my reward was more XP and ability points. So I tried the Sekhmet Trial a fourth time and same problem, no weapons or shield, or even an outfit as a reward. My question to Ubisoft, is there a bug ? Or am I missing the point here about the reward system ?. Surely I should be rewarded with something. The very first time I completed the Sekhmet Trial I did get the Was Septer, but now I don’t get anything but XP and ability points. This seems unfair. Also are there some major differences between the PC version and console version ? Also it seems unfair that after completing The Sekhmet Trial more than 4 times today I did not get any more Ubisoft Club points. So how am I ever gonna be able to get my Warden Outfit. Something does not seem right with the reward system just now when completing these Trials. Also every time they bring in a trial it lasts about 6 days, but you only seem to get one God at a time so how on earth am I going to get any outfits or more legendary weapons ? As I said I just grind away at defeating the one God several times and no big rewards. How many times does this go on ?. Ubisoft only seem to issue these God Trials one at a time and each God Trial lasts 6 days I think, then you have to wait and check your in game notifications to see if another trial is coming along. Yup I am “ Confused.com “ !!!!
Well I want everything from these trials since I wasn't able to do the triathlon of the gods because I got the game on Christmas and wasn't the appropriate level but sekhmet is my third kill now so hopefully I can get
Did mine twice, missing the shield. Club isn't registering my kills, only got the 1,000 xp & 250 gold,
If I started playing today can I get everything released in the game so far that is not part of the dlc????or is some of the items attached to missions I've missed in past events
U can get the anubis outfit if u kill just one god and take the reward if the challange is finished u have to change the scale of the enemies real quick 4 times and u have all items and the outfit , i have on three slots the blue outfit and it always worked u have to done it real quick for those who has not the outfit yet :)))

Adnan Baig so if the community challange is done u have to go to the ubisoft club to take the reward press x or A and if u done this u go back to ur game and then u have got one weapon then u go to the option and change the scale of the enemies and u have to do this real fast change it 3 times and u get all items and the outfit on your slot

Just got to say I really wish they made these god challenges open after you are max rank without them showing up randomly every other week or stuff. Just put them in -game and let them rotate at random times that the player can teleport to and enter when they want to.
Not gonna lie, I've had the game since launch with the season pass cause I had to have the dawn of the creed collectors edition (it's egypt, I love anything having to do with egypt), and sadly I have yet to have the time to play the game. Life work and real world stuff keep me from this. I just hope with the last dlc they patch this in so people who don't have a million hours in the day to game can at least still get this stuff.

Huh this is my 3rd god I killed and still need the bow and outfit, but when I claimed my reward for the community challenge on the ubisoft app nothing dropped so I reloaded the quest and got the blue anubis outfit and the shield of aru and the assessor of ma'at. Must have glitched because I still need the red outfit and last weapon for the 4th trial.
I’ve done all the community challenges and just picked up my reward from last challenge (shield of Aaru) have killed Sekhmet a couple of times now and have gotten no reward except xp and money... seems mine is glitch 😬

So I just received the shield of Aaru golden Anubis item today nice work everyone and thanks, but then right after I did Reda's quest of day after witch I did the Ambush at Sea side quest. What I thought was interesting was after I completed ambush at Sea I received the Assessor of Ma'at golden Anubis Warrior Bow and the Radiance of Anubis Outfit. So has anyone else came across this glitch?

Is there a chance that ubisoft will make an update for ur gear so u can use like 2 swords instead of a sword and shield , and u can modify ur own outfit so u can wear the helm from isu armor and the body from roman legionary and shoes from warden’s oath?

Oh okay, well I´ve killed each of the gods atleast 2 times and I killed Sekhmet yesterday for 4 times. Didnt get any other loot other than gold unfortunately.

First time i participated in the First community challenge I received nothing, from the second sunslayer, third the jackal and now i’m Gonna get shield of aaru. only problem you get the drop just if challenge is complet and that needs some days , was it at beginning not normal event no community challenge and you get the item after defeated the boss ? so why is this now a challenge ? that you must wait much days to get the item ???
I actually got the Radiance of Anubis when i booted up the game 3 days ago and i did not witness the first events back when the game was released though. That is strange and i do not know anything about the glitch to get the blue anubis outfit.
