Of course he "doesn't care" if citizens sue him! Thanks to qualified immunity, it doesn't cost him anything. We need to do away with qualified immunity so cops like him will lose their home, 401k, pension, savings. etc. They'll care then! Even though violation of citizens rights can make them lose QI, it rarely seems to be taken from cops involved in Constitutional rights cases.

@@iwineverygame1995 You should really educate yourself on who make up the governing body of the USA.
The preamble clearly states who created the offices of government, and why.
The Bill of Rights are the first ten Amendments, of those, nine are written to limit our employees, one is written as expansive for the people.
The oath or affirmation stated in the fourth amendment is made by us, not so much by our employees.
Guilt or not is decided by us in the jury trials that we have guaranteed ourselves to have a right to.
Votes on issues are cast by us in elections.
For public concerns, anyone can start a community petition and gather signatures in a show of community support to place before our employees to address the issue.
Bills can be created and submitted to our legislature by any of us for consideration to become law.
We elect representatives and hire service agents to provide for our benefit.
There are a huge number of court cases entitled as "The People vs. ....", so many so that we have begun using the name of the prosecuting attorney to reduce confusion in referencing separate cases.
This is just the evidence I came up with in a couple of minutes off the top of my head to prove how wrong you are, if I were to go into full detail it could a series of books to cover it all.
