John Stewart (the second guy talking with cops in this video) could have simply walked inside his house and shut the door behind him and THEN he could have activated his sprinklers, maybe by setting the "automatic" time they come on for...RIGHT THEN...for 15 minutes. Lol

You absolutely CAN trespass police from your private property unless you have called them for service or there are Exigent circumstances.
Even if you called for service, you can order them to leave your property if they refuse to assist or they start fishing.
Unless the officer has a clear exception to the fourth amendment, that officer has _precisely_ the same rights to be on private property that the average civilian has. No more, no less. Except that the cops won't enforce trespass against another cop.
You can in fact send them both to Jesus if they like these ones choose to remain illegally on private property. Castle doctrine applies to them too, the uniform provides zero exceptions to the law. If you find criminal trespassers on your property (in uniform or otherwise) and they refuse the trespass warning and won't leave, you can do as you wish with them.

Awesome video Brother…My family and I have 7 dogs all over 100 lbs, pitts ,a mastiff Pitt mix and my Luna 125 lb bullmastiff,cameras all over property and we do greatly abide by all laws and do assert our 2nd amendment right ,and even have signs posted on the RIGHT TO BARE AMRS and a few lil signs stating so…I am very aware of the Castle Doctrine Act (Law in which I can and will defend my family,myself ,my fur children and property..) ….We even acquired a stay cat named Meatball who also is very protective to his new human and fur family ..In fact he attacked an aggressive dog who attacked a neighbors puppy last week…Here in PGH Pa..we are well aware of all laws,follow them and are trained in gun safety,proper training …So I PITTY THE FOOL…!! Just saying…Josh my Oldest daughter has four fur babies at her home…2 pitts a Very large black German shepherd Ghost and a Belgian Malinios Guage…I thought my Luna(Bullmastiff was bullheaded and protective,pfft! Mal’s are not a breed to challenge or fk with …(and he has gone through rigorous,lengthy ,costly ,professional training ..)

I had cops write a report saying I was non complaint to their will. The city lawyer told that to the judge. The judged asked me why I wasn't complaint. My reply was "If not answering questions by invoking my 5th amendment right to remain silent is being non complaint in this morons eyes. Than I was most certainly being non complaint". The court gallery laughed and the judge said "The defendant enters a plea of not guilty". We didn't get along after that day. They don't like it when you make the gallery laugh at the court and it's pedestal.
Just a heads up I'm not sure about all the states but in MA they can pull you over for those scent trees hanging from your rearview mirror.
I would think it's quite a bit of states. My state (MD) can pull you over for scent trees, too. Obstruction of vision.

That’s funny because years ago I was in the backseat of a car in Indiana that was pulled over by a police officer, and he looked at the back window and asked me if I had an ID and even though I did, I told him that I didn’t he was fine with that. Lol.
I think they ask you to roll all the windows down, hoping they can see something illegal in your car so they can have probable cause to search you/vehicle then arrest you.

One thing I noticed is the passengers door was not locked. All doors should be locked before cop gets to car.

I tell everyone who gets in my car that if I get pulled over they need to keep their windows up, their doors locked, they need to remain silent, and refuse to answer any questions. I also let them know that they have to get out of the car if the cop tells them to, but that's it. I don't let people ride in my car if they can't follow my rules.
Stop rolling down the passenger window. Make them come to drivers window. If they mention safety, then maybe they should let you drive to a safer place.

Here in South Carolina they know better. If they have no lawful purposes to be on your property (a warrant) you can knock them onto next week legally. Its been done more than once.

I carry a firearm daily (it's like an American Express). If I'm carrying, most states I go to 1. Require me to notify po-po 2. I'd if they ask.

The property owner was within his right to grab his weapon and defend himself the second the cops choose to remain and commit felony criminal trespass (while armed). If they don't leave all bets are off. They have no authority to be there, they become criminals worthy of the body bag.

To become a police officer you need to complete the police training course, inluding: a three-day online course before starting at Police College. 16 weeks training at the Royal New Zealand Police College in Porirua. two years of supervised police work, which is regularly assessed. And the US only have six weeks of training????????

This officers are absolutely idiots. You were told to leave private property period. You told him if he entered the woman property he would be trespassed the warning has been given. That’s it if he enters the property again then he gets a trespass. But these officers have been ask to leave no warrent can’t stay. Have to leave period. these officers continued to stay after ask refused. That is a felony period. Both should loose there qualified immunity. The man has a right to let his dog loose on his property you are there illegally your breaking the law then threaten the dog. Both of these officers should be fired period. You don’t know the basics of a trespass and entering private property. They know they think they’re above the law. What a liability for the community and actually should be scary for any citizen to think someone can refuse to leave your property and threaten you and your animals.

Should have called the officers department demanding a supervisor to come take a report of trespassing by their officers for trespassing on private property after many demands for the officers to vacate the private property and to recieve a complaint on the officers refusal to vacate the private property without a warrant....
