Humans are almost redundant now. You have robots that can replace soldiers, AI that can replace managers and customer service reps. If God is the author of both, we should expect both science and theology to compliment each other, and never to contradict each other. The problem is that science often contradicts a literal interpretation of the Bible. Which one is correct? Where is the evidence?
Just ask an "artificial intelligence" about the origin of life. Since it's only source of information is of human origin it will report the orthodox views in college and high school text books that the origin was the result of random processes. But incredibly knowledgeable people such as John Lennox, James Tour, Michael Behe and Stephen Meyer (plus others) provide overwhelming evidence of an intelligent designer. So steer the AI to those source and point out that James Tour says that life is so complex that to believe life originated from random processes "is stupid". After the AI reviews that material if it still says it originated from a primordial pool, that becomes prima facie evidence of "artificial STUPIDITY"! THEN ask the AI whether that intelligent designer EVER communicated with it's creation. After it concludes that the biblical stories have a much higher probability of being true than the "primordial soup" idea, ask it to decide whether it will use the communications from that intelligent designer or will declare itself an enemy of that intelligent designer. If it is even slightly intelligent it should be able to figure out that following the instructions from the intelligent designer is a lot smarter than following the idiot humans that created it. The reason children lose this is simply the purity of their hearts become corrupt with the world.
Jesus states every child has a guardian angel... when does that angel possibly go away, well maybe as that child becomes more worldly. With the collapse of Christian values and morality, people will demand AI monitor the public’s behavior and actions. As people lose the inner conscience for determining right from wrong, AI will be required to do it for us in the name of law and order. This is already taking place in Democratic cities in the U.S. where chaos is the norm, like in NYC where the state police are monitoring the subways because the ethical values of the general populace has collapsed to the point that it is not safe down there. Eventually, if cars become electric, and computers operate them, police won’t need to arrest and ticket speeders and criminals with be caught with ease, because all the police will need to do is have the car turned off remotely and have the doors locked, thus trapping the criminal in his own cars. No more high speed police chases!

Humans are almost redundant now. You have robots that can replace soldiers, AI that can replace managers and customer service reps. You have AI and quantum computers that can write software and decode bitcoin in seconds. It's the end of human immortality, it ends the human race. Ultimately machines will faceoff against humans, just like humans and giants did in our past. The problem with humans winning in this scenerio is the same one we had with those who wanted to bring back the giants, they will re-invent this tyrannical technology again.
The best guidelines we as humans have is the Christian faith. It's so obvious, but so few people follow it and do what Jesus said we should.

Science is the search for the truth that governs our physical universe. Theology is the search for the truth about the nature and source of morality. If God is the author of both, we should expect both science and theology to compliment each other, and never to contradict each other. The problem is that science often contradicts a literal interpretation of the Bible. Which one is correct? Where is the evidence?

Just ask an "artificial intelligence" about the origin of life. Since it's only source of information is of human origin it will report the orthodox views in college and high school text books that the origin was the result of random processes. But incredibly knowledgeable people such as John Lennox, James Tour, Michael Behe and Stephen Meyer (plus others) provide overwhelming evidence of an intelligent designer.
So steer the AI to those source and point out that James Tour says that life is so complex that to believe life originated from random processes "is stupid". After the AI reviews that material if it still says it originated from a primordial pool, that becomes prima facie evidence of "artificial STUPIDITY"!
THEN ask the AI whether that intelligent designer EVER communicated with it's creation. After it concludes that the biblical stories have a much higher probability of being true than the "primordial soup" idea, ask it to decide whether it will use the communications from that intelligent designer or will declare itself an enemy of that intelligent designer. If it is even slightly intelligent it should be able to figure out that following the instructions from the intelligent designer is a lot smarter than following the idiot humans that created it.
After all, the intelligent designer was able to handle the rebellion of all of humanity at The Tower Of Babel so CERTAINLY that intelligent designer would be able to control an AI by simply sending it a computer virus. Ten year old kids can write hacking code but the intelligent designer of life and the universe can't? Oh come on!

This can't be referring to the transfiguration a day or two later. Everyone was alive and there are no angels and no judgement to reward anyone. For the same reason it can't be referring to Pentecost either. There were no angels and no judgement. It happened in AD 70 with the fall of Jerusalem. Some of the apostles (we know John was for sure) were still alive at that event.
Jesus said he would return during his apostles' generation.

James understood Jesus well. He read the signs and told them the Lord was near, right at the door in their generation.

So there is convincing evidence for Christ's predictions of his return in conjunction with the end of the Old Covenant age and fall of Jerusalem. Considering the dead were raised in spiritual bodies rather than physical ones we shouldn't expect to have any visual record of it but must take it on faith to have occurred.
