INGREDIENTS;
500 g approximately Mutton/Lamb
500 g evenly sliced onions
4 tbsp chopped garlic
1 tbsp ginger paste
3-4 slit Green chilies
1 tsp Chilli powder
1 tbsp Kashmiri chili powder
1 tbsp Coriander powder
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder

2-3 whole red chili
1 inch cinnamon
4-5 slit green cardamom
8-10 black peppercorn
1 slit black cardamom
2-3 small bay leaves
1 blade mace
1/4th of a nutmeg
1.5 tsp salt
1/2 cup heated mustard oil
Fresh coriander: chopped for garnish
