Another tip, put coverage linebackers at the outside defensive end spots, they will help play the flats way more consistent. Then put your best pass rushing linebacker at the SUBLB1 so he’s always rushing the passer when you do the 7 man user rush.

Dime 3-2 pick hot blitz put best coverage guys in nickel/slot corner spots and keep them in hard flat for short routes curl flats for corner routes I’m now having fun playing madden defense is fun again defense definitely dominate my last game I won 28-0 try it see for yourself

Player mode in Franchise let you pick your position but would still let you control offense and defense
Defense is really hard, you are helpless, this is not a good game. I don't believe you have been honest pre release on this game Eric, this is not a good game, in terms of teambuilder options or gameplay
Is it worth it for EA to mislead customers for money? It is not asking too much for customers to expect better. I will now have to consider returning the game.
first play i had a lose of 2 then allowed a wide open 50 yard pass

My only issue with this is how the hell u suppose to do all this during a game if your opponent is moving fast.
Repetition once you get used to it you can do the adjustments in secs

Y does it seem like no matter who's @ qb i mean he could hv a 68 overall rating & the cpu doesn't seen to throw incomplete passes its starting to really piss me off cuz no matter what defense i pick the qb will complete like 22 out of 25 passes & i can't do anything i don't wanna take it off all pro but i feel like im being cheated..
in practice mode the QB makes the perfect read and decision every single time. you can throw anything at him and he will dot you 100%

I hate that you can’t put OLB in the LE/RE stop. Makes this formation unusable for teams like the dolphins
Put them in as RushRE1
@@brodybaynton9783 I have that as them. Still has them as OLB they can’t be put in as a RE/LE in that formation

In college football and madden 25 the game will sim 2 point conversions and some 4th down attempts in road to glory/superstar mode. Anyone else have this bug? Very frustrating when the game is on the line and the game deciding play is super simmed

So only out of 4-3 defenses based on that list right? So what if you run a 3-4 outside backers suck early in 4-3

Playing defense isn’t hard for me I’ve played 6 games but I still ain’t allow over 20 once
Does anybody know how many cfb players you can transfer
So 2-4 dbl mug or dbl mug. Ive seen no difference. Also does mid blitz work? Ive seen inconsistent result with that as well
Mid Blitz is still pretty good as well. You can use either, I just find that regular Double Mug works a little better for me.
@@EricRayweather ok. I use 2-4 right now (I notice the LBs stand up and only 2 DTs). I cant ever get that looping LB when I play
There too many glitches and some of the players are dumbed then are in real life, And why that computer faster than when you pick the guy to catch him. The hit should be like in the old days since this is a video game.
@ericRayweather Why did Madden remove the player option from Franchise mode? Can you talk about this so they know it was a bad move?
They're not supporting that feature anymore as they're going all in on Superstar Mode. They're not brining it back.

I think this is in the accesbility options - its called something like quick chat. Its activated whem you press both triggers at the same time i think.

They made the CPU game play too damn realistic and OP af especially against the run. I just play for fun but they made this game for real football players apparently. Feel like im playing on hall of fame on all - pro😐
Did you lower all the CPU Defensive Skill and awareness sliders to 0 and your offensive Player skill sliders to 100 ?
@@michaelskurski912 i did not. Playing it just as the settings are. Why make it easy to win? I did want some competition but this is next level
@@tvcoproductions3076 I have a really bad temper and I Get REALLY REALLY mad 😠 when in madden The Defensive Backs Bat Down and Swat away My Passes. I have Literally Cracked Games in Half and Broken Many a paddle Because if it. So for my health and Sanity I play with the settings this way
