Congratulations! I received my mrcs part a result 3 days ago and am planning to give my part b in October…found your part a advice good so came back to see if you had posted anything for part b…
Hi - so I can’t say what the exact questions on the exam are (for obvious reasons). I think most of the pathology questions were reasonably straight forward and I could answer this based on revision using the PasstheMRCS and eMRCS resource. There were just a few rogue ones about microbiology / histology that I couldn’t answer and they clearly stuck with me but these were in the minority. In the grand scheme of things I don’t think time is well spent on revising specific histology appearances aside from mainstream stuff. You can afford to lose a few points if you know the more straight forward / common questions.
Congratulations! Your part A video was super helpful, looking forward to the part B strategy video too.
Congratulations. That's awsome. Lots of amazing stuff this year 👏
