Aww mashaAllah sister Mehreen is so wise and adorable! May Allah increase you both in good and may He be pleased with you both, Ameeeeeeen.
That's so informative
And also adorable that you guys explained it with experience
I love how it's a Muslim woman's perspective alot of times is men talking about marriage and I can't fully relate because I'm looking for women's views on this do awesome thank you for the video
I REALLY like the 100 questions part. Questions force you consider issues that would otherwise never come up before marriage. Thanks so much for the video.
can you provide the 100 questions asked or a link ? that's such a great first step ! please and thank you!
We need more of this!! Should be a series honestly
السَّلَامُ عَلَيْكُمْ وَ رَحْمَةُ اللّهِ وَ بَرَكَاتُهُ
May Allah bless you both. What a wonderful conversation, so useful for young people and a beautiful example for the one's already married. Lots of Dua.
id like a copy of those 100 q's to ask my non-existant potential partner someday, plz.
I agree, this would be great to know.
LOL same!
jazakaAllahu khair for sharing these gems , the most important part of your talk was asking this question from yourself is if I am the kind of a person I would like my spouse to be. keeping an eye on your own behavior and thoughts is very important.
Masha Allah,,, i thought i knew everything there is to know about marriage.... i still have a lot to learn.... thanks
very important questions/answers in this video; very good, alhamdulillah
She is very lucky to have him.
Awesome questions and answers except maybe for the last question.. I think the best way to learn is when you don't realize you are learning.. so, this in mind.. the real problem with marriages today is lack of model marriages.. if learning about marriages means kind of doing homework on what to expect and the like.. I'm not too interested, because you can never really know what you are getting into, you can never know what the future will bring, in any relationship But! learning about the sunnah of marriage, and the beauty of the marriages of the prophet (upon him be peace), and especially how deviant modern marriages are with their traditions from the sunnah-then yes! absolutely! this is essential..
I agree
jzk khayr fantastic advice even for those who are married.
Salaam, can someone link me to the 100 questions referenced here? Not picky, but any library or common set from Qalam would be appreciated. Thanks
Great video
could you perhaps recommend resources on what questions to ask?
Assalamu aleykum Warahmatullahi wabarakatuhu. Yazakumullahu kheira. May Allah help me to marry in a real proper way.

Asalamualaykum wa rahmatullahi wa barakaatahu
Informative video mashaAllah
But why make videos of a sister laughing and being so lax in front him? I'm assuming it was her husband, but even if he is the video is being viewed by many brothers. Also, the sister is not observing proper hijab and has makeup on which kind of defeats the purpose if hijab. And is also a cause of fitna.
I'm not undermining what was said, but the way it is conveyed should be done according to Sunnah.
This is just sincere advice, please accept for the sake of Allah.
May Allah protect you us and all Muslims :)
jazakallah khair
I totally agree with you!! May Allah Guide Us All....AMIIN.
SMuslim Z stop judging
Well the guy she is talking to is her husband. But I 100% agree for the guys watching this video or any video of a woman or live woman whether muslim or non muslim we should lower our gazes and not look with longing or lust ever. If we do we should seek forgiveness from Allah SWT and strive to lower our gazes in the future.
Also we shouldn't look down on anyone or think of ourselves better than them in any way if they are not perfectly following the commandments of Allah. No one can because we are not angels, and we have our own flaws. But if you know the person then you can advise them in private in a kind way and with wisdom, not in a harsh way or in public
