I've heard about the tours offered on the Space Coast and they have been highly rated. Nice to see y'all experience it and your reaction tells it all. Gotta go try this too. Good info on where and when! Gators, yeah in any body of water and in as little as a couple inches deep. Another entertaining video.

My gf and I went to this location this past weekend, 10-14-23, went right into the same cove, we found tye bioluminescence somewhat underwhelming, yes there was SOME when we paddled hard but nothing like your video, I think maybe we were late in the season ??? Does water Temps have anything to do with the amount of luminance ? We will have to try this again, it was a GORGEOUS Night to be out on the water , a new moon so not much light but just not an amazing light show, no schools of fish lighting it up

You guys are awesome and thank you for the great tips! I did beacon 42 a few weeks ago and loved it , moon was at like 35 percent, but i was wondering if i should do the merritt island next time to do something different? Going back on new moon! Or is it that much darker at beacon? I want to do the clear kayaks tour as its what i did before and it was so sooo cool, def recommend! But they only offer them with the clear ones at beacon 42 or the manatee cove/merritt island so was just wondering if should just stick to beacon again, thanks so much!!
Hi! Thx so much. I think it’s totally worth hitting up Merritt next time. One more new moon of the season, might as well see something new. The cove is very very dark. Should be perfect for the clear kayaks. Have a blast 🙌

At beacon 42 that night although moon was still some what bright i did catch a faint glimpse of it!! 🤩

@artofadventurepascalemo we went and put on bug repellent cream and then bug off spray and my wife and daughter must have 8 bites ...anyways they had fun .
@@garyg8040 yeah those mosquitoes are aggressive! For sure
@artofadventurepascalemo I'm from south africa and the mosquito are the size of pigeons but even with cream and spray we have never been bitten so much ,,
@@garyg8040 dude you should see my legs right now. I was in the bike trails yesterday and forgot bug spray. I swear it looks like I was burned by acid on the back of my calves. These dang mosquitoes are wicked!
