I mean I fought against it and it was annoying as hell but still. Sbr it was an obvious choice for c-moon. It just had to be done.
in the sbr quest, i feel like you get slowed down if you keep checking to see if the kills counted, i personally would just keep going until i finish the quest
It took me 4 hours and 23 minutes to get twoh using mih pluck (before the update) so it now depends what build can end a 1v1 quickly, for example my new main sp spin Edit: or one shot someone with c-moon hamon
It took me 8 hour breh 1v1 2 hour lose 3 match Sbr 2 hour mostly getting ganked by teammer Dio bone waste me 4 hour After 2 hour I ask my friend to use hack for me and it took em another 2 hour for 1 dio bone breh
To farm kills in sbr easiest way is use the hand with hamon after 1st stage. Most of people will have 50% of health, and the hand deal nearly 60-70%. I can kill like that nearly 4-5 kills per 1 game. After 1st stage ends, just go to new server
Personally it can take from 1 week to a month depending on factors such as the internet (sometimes my internet could be so bad that i couldn't even move)

I suggest use sptw boxing in sbr im always able to wipe the server alone using it cuz of the good durability, speed and damage. I did twoh run for like 5 times and I manage to get RTWOH
You should use The Hand + Hamon, yeah, i know its a brain dead combination that almost everyone uses, but hey at least you can get like 3 - 5 kills in a single SBR match

Then for the corpse parts I got pelvis from the arcade. And I got heart from hiding in sbr and one lucky match only 3 ppl were left including me. Or get it from future codes

Well. a little issue, i feel like you should have included grinding rokas and arrows. As that was apart of the grind, you needed to find arrows for TW.
Took me over 100 arrows just to get the world. Took me 8 hours or so to do the pvps using the world(broken servers) and took like 5 hours to do sbr. Maybe 2 hours to get bone.
I got tusk act 4 in 10 minutes you just have to get lucky I joined a server with Jesus in the most common place and thx to update got spin quick and already had everything.

This isnt even close to being possible, sometimes there is a way, but unless you have a following of some sort you cant do this
You can't get a free TW that easily but you can get something as rare and trade it for TW

You should try just starting the speedrun with tw so it isnt so luck based in the start
I doing twoh not many longer, 10-9 hours, 50% time with sbr... ( I new, I play 13-12 days :p )
