At prestige 1 I use my 1st req arrow to get scr but I get ghost scr
And 15 minutes later I get a lucky arrow
I use the lucky arrow and get Leg ge or bible ge

Well it's been a year sins some of the stands skin hasn't been rework it has been the same. The developers need to fix Buggs also the games that makes everyone concerned like it's just sad how it's still not fixed while yba making updates while they haven't fixed some of the Buggs that's all sorry for the long text and nice video.

tip for getting good shinies: constantly use requiem arrows on sp, ge, or kc (ccq and wispy aren't worth it tbh)
to get heaven/sbr shinies get around 4%-7% pity, best area to get them
also if you get a pretty bad shiny, dont bother trading them for arrows and rokas, it's kinda inefficient and nobody really wants those skins

You need to use arrows to increase chances of getting skins and once it gets to 2%
You just use ribs because the chances of obtain the skin is odd, if you didn't get a shiny by now.
Evolve your stand by requiem arrows such as sp, ge, SC, kq, kc and maybe ws to cmoon or cmoon to mih.
