Yeah it is common to mileage exclusive weapons just so you can dup HC from pulling in hero banners, though you can farm both HC and the metal(forgor the one used for weapons) by extracting from hero dupes and five star equipments. Though from my personal experience, I think it's better to pull for hero banners first, then mileage their exclusive weapons if you didn't get one. Though I haven't used my mileage tickets for a long time, now I have 3k+ mileage tickets and I can't even decide where to use it.
for me getting the hero is a LOT easier i got 2 heroes from their banners and only them but for weapons i havent even gotten one i only got other ex weapons
That's literally the best call when a certain hero can tremendously improve your performance in certain activities, especially when there are multiple banners up for such heroes. Why wait to get lucky later when u can profit from their use NOW, right?

My indecisiveness just won't let me millage wether it be EX weapons or Hero I've piled up about 1500 worth of Millage tickets (I'm F2P BTW) back to it I hate myself for it but also like it that I get to stack up millage ticket ( I mostly hate myself only thing I like about myself is it being a forgetful fk)

I recommend going for the Legendary Awakening Stones, and the Option Change stones because those are very hard to get in the game (Especially option change stones).

Huh, as a new player I guess i have lucky pulls, I haven't used my gems and my Mileage yet but for my free pulls I got Eunha, 1st Corp's Commander (with Ex), and Claude (with Ex) and Liberator 😂
Since you have a dark unit (which is claude) it's better to pair that up with another dark unit (1st corps commander). So yeah I recommend you get 1st CC's EX weap to pair with claude.
Mk.99 is a decent unit although not an overpowered one for today's standards, and Kanna is only usable for the old basic raid team. Mk.99 can be used for Colosseum and Arena (story also ofc) so yeah she's kinda okay to milage.
Me using my free summons on heroes and get nothing except eunha and summoning on garam's ex weapon only to get Lilith's and Corps commander ex ..... Already have Garam's special costume... should I use my mileage so get corps commander or to get garam's ex? game content wise
Getting 1st Corps Commander is much more wise considering her abilities and her kit. She can fit into team compositions much easier as well. Garam you can only make the most of, when you have other water heroes because of his party buff.

I don't recommend to mileage rare hero EX weapons unless you really need it (mainly for raid). You can get 5 random rare hero ex weaps for 500 magic metal in the shop though. Also Libera can be obtained by unlocking the vending machine at heavenhold, so there is no need to mileage it.
I have kamael ,eunha ,erina, velancia , win ling, miya, future princess, amy beach and bari. Its just 2 weeks i started this game but i dont know which one of them is goos and which one is worth investing. Welp
There are still upcoming free summons so I suggest you to not mileage her weapon yet and instead summon for her weapon. But yes, her weapon is worth it especially if you have basic heroes to complement her.

Since I've played for a long time, it's probably the collection difference. But once you do collection you'll slowly increase your stats as well.
