It's still considered, different rarities of relics apply different amounts of the stage buff. So if your party equips the same relic but some have higher rarities, the staged buff percentage stated on the relic of the hero is what would be applied.
Bit late but here's what I remember from this channel and maybe others: 1. Always do the Awakening Stones daily, and try to max the maximum level (around 70). 2. Do NOT waste Hero Crystals in shop to get the Universal Character Card or whatever which can be exchanged with any Gold Hero, this will halt your future progress of Limit Breaking. Just continously grind the 10x 2x boost in dungeons which results in better yield. 3. Even without their Ex Weapon, if a weaon complements their Max Star's passive ability, then use that weapon. 4. Try to buy the more expensive items in shops that will boost you temporarily, specifically Shields and Necklaces, the weapons like White Dragon Staff isn't that useful unless for knowledge. 5. Try to complete the most of knowledge you can to boost your overall stats, late game dmg literally depends on your knowledge's buffs. 6. Focus on 1 core hero you will use as captain before focusing on others, for example Future Princess. 7. If you want ascended heroes, Craig, Coco or Karina are decent ascended heroes. Ascent Craig also has defenses on par with Oghma and Future Princess. 8. When using mileage tickets, prioratise weapons IF you already have a hero who doesn't have their Ex Weapon. Buy weapons as the drop rates for Weapon banner is lesser than Hero banner. 9. If you have spare diamonds and it's available in shops, buy the Epic Limit Breaking Hammer (Green Colored). If not available, then buy extra stamina to grind faster. 10. Don't forget to grind non story, non arena gamemode like Kama-Zone (Awakening Alternative Farm), Orbital Lift (AFK Farm), Tower of Horizon? and Mirror Rift (Main item farming area), Exploration and Expedition (Merch and idk, my phone is stuck there) and just play in moderation
