  • Hey! Thank you for stopping by and joining my anorexia recovery journey.
This vlog is a SUPER chatty one, so make sure you grab a drink and snack before starting! These past few weeks have been challenging and ended up with me in hospital which was not great :(.
Anyways, recovery is a rollercoaster and we must keep pushing forward even when everything feels like it’s pushing back against us.
As always, this vlog covers topics of eating disorders, calories, weight gain/loss and more; so if you are triggered by these topics, please do not watch.

This space is one I created where we can support one another and chat openly. I wanted to show my full recovery journey (the good, bad & ugly) in an attempt to educate and breakdown the stigma surrounding mental illness and eating disorders.
So, whether you are going through something similar, want to find out more or are just watching for entertainment - I hope you enjoy and take something away from watching.
Subscribe to follow my journey and I hope this video in some way helps you or someone close to you.

Thank you for this video 🙏 I'm trying to recover (or more like trying to eat a decent meal) without feeling like my stomach is about to explode. I DO want to recover but the all the stomach pains and whatever follows (vomit/diarrhea) can be quite discouraging. Glad to see someone documenting the real struggle that no one talks about 👍

I hear and feel you! It’s so hard to fight against those overwhelming pains to push through. I still get those feelings everyday. Just remember you are strong and can do this! Sending you so much support and thank you for your love xx
