- Today we spend a full day at sea onboard the Disney Wish! We pass out our Fish Extender gifts, tour the Concierge Sun Deck, and explore the rest of the ship! We try Palo Steakhouse for brunch, and Worlds of Marvel for dinner. Then we see the pirate night fireworks.

Do you two have jobs? Yes! We both have full time careers. Brian is a Software Engineer and Kerry is a Graphic Designer.
Is this vlog a paid promotion with the cruise line? No, we have never worked with a cruise line before (I doubt they even know who we are 😂). If that ever changes, we will be sure to let you know in the video.
What are those black pouches around your neck? We use the lanyards to carry some camera equipment, but many cruisers like to wear lanyards to hold their room key card.
What camera do you use? We typically use the DJI Pocket II, however, when we are in the water we use the Go Pro Hero 9, and in Alaska we occasionally used the Nikon P1000 for wildlife shots. What is a GUSS? GUSS is our name for a Towel Animal! It is a childhood memory for Brian that has lived on for years. You can see the home video moment where GUSS was born in Adventure of the Seas Day 6 (We Made the News) and Allure of the Seas Day 3 (Sea Day).
Is that one thing you said serious? Almost certainly not. If you’re new to the channel, we have really dry, sarcastic senses of humor. So if you’re questioning if it’s sarcasm - it probably is.
How do I ask a dinner time question? Leave a comment on any video and let us know it’s supposed to be answered at dinner time. We’re always looking for new questions (even if the next cruise we can answer it on is a long long way out).
Is it really pronounced CoCo “Key”? Royal Caribbean has said itself that it is pronounced “Key” in a FAQ of their own here: creative.rccl.com/Sales/Royal.... To each their own on this pronunciation!
When and how did you meet? We met in February of 2020 via a dating app. We answer this question in more detail in our Independence of the Seas Day 2 (Swimming with Pigs) video.

The pig is named Pua 😛 So glad you guys are enjoying the Wish, it’s gotten a very divisive response but I think longtime Disney cruise fans just don’t like change. Now you guys are making us want to save and save and save for concierge 😂 😭
We’re not sure why the Wish has received so much hate, we loved it! But maybe we were blinded by the magic of concierge?
@@Views-And-Queues we mostly loved it. Our biggest criticisms are the adult area is too small (I’m not sure if you guys were ever back there during the middle of a sea day but it was overflowing with people both cruises we went on, and secondly, only one public hot tub (next to the aqua mouse where you what the Disney characters every 15 seconds give an ending spiel). But aside from that we loved most of the new additions and changes.
@@OrdinaryAdventuresI feel as a teen who was 14 at the time of sailing I can provide a unique perspective. There was nothing to do for most the time. I’ve had so much fun on other ships on wish there were about 100000 showings of the same 3 trivia’s. Edge was very unimaginative which I was expecting. I found myself just going down to the promenade only to find myself disappointed it didn’t go round the back. As someone who loves cruising and the sea there were no public aft facing deck spaces for kids under 18 also I checked out the kids club and while I enjoyed the other ships clubs greatly this one from what I could tell at open house was very game based making there no real reason to come back. The only time I felt the Disney difference was dinner.

GO TO ALASKA!! Especially with Disney!! It's on the pricier side but it is SOOO worth it (I've done it 5 times and each time blows me away)! You get the characters in their Alaska outfits and it's such a great experience! I would highly recommend going on the 7 night to Skagway, Juneau, and Ketchikan rather than Icy Strait just because Skagway has more to do. I'd love to see you guys there!

Those little extra touches in your cabin like the cord tie and folding your clothes is next level Disney, but it’s also because you are not only in Concierge but you’re in a Concierge Suite.
Concierge cabins have 2 cabin stewards to take care of your cabin so they can do special things like that.

I’ve been on all of the DCL ships except the Wish and honestly after reading reviews I wasn’t interested in the Wish so we booked RC SOS for next month instead. After watching this VLOG series though I’ve decided I have to try out the Wish. I really miss doing the Fish Extender...it’s so fun! You guys did great on your gifts!

Dinner Question: I’ve been bingeing your videos, love them! Would you ever consider a river cruise, or think you’ll stick to the big ocean ships? (I went on a river cruise in 2022 with my mom, aunt and uncle and feared it would be geared toward older folks but I had the time of my life!!)

What do you tip a the person cleaning your room who folds your clothes and reorganizes your power cord? Especially on Disney where that have been known to leave envelopes and a family in that area is ready to buy a $100 K watch. I have a feeling leaving a twenty in an envelope will not cut it.

I think it would be really cool if you created a separate video where you just spliced together really, really short clips of you both saying "that's so cool," "I love it," "wow." Maybe you could take the length of the video and the number of comments like that to "scientifically" determine the wow factor and how much you liked each ship based on the frequency of your comments? Just an idea. I think you guys are so positive and so kind and respectful of each other. I like that you don't pick things apart. Great videos! Really cute couple! 🙂
