Doing the same to my 67 2000 sc. Funny you can get right side splash guard but no one has a left. For the price a repair is best option anyway. I think its called rubber seal channel and i have a lot to replace on mine. One section at a time. Hope you dont get too many surprises when you start the floors, beware of structural underseal. Previous repairs on mine relied heavily on it.
Nice tasty patches bud, and yeah we love the welding but grinding? nobody bloody likes that part, lol. Like they say at the biggest burger in Texas when you ask "How the f@#k do ya eat that?" they say "one bite at a time", one patch at a time. Jobs a Goodun!!
Problem with your videos is you are doing them inside a dark poxy little garage so you have the camera too close to the subject and I can't see anything and it's too dark anyway. You need to either take it outside or get a bigger and better lit garage.
It's not a problem for me. I'm not doing them anymore. Lol. Unless your offering to pay the rent and do the lighting camera work and do all the editing then I'll be more than happy to carry on. 👍👍
Much appreciated Stu, I have this to do on mine so this series will be a great help!
No problem.
I enjoy doing it.
Must be something wrong with me. Lol.
Just hope it doesn't get to monotonous with all the welding. 👍👍
Another job done stu! Looking good.
Cheers mate.
Were gradually working our way through it. 👍

Think a repair is definitely best option just slightly more time consuming.
Need to replace all the rubber on mine too. 👍
