The Denver nuggets deserve to win this year. Jokic has put the team on his back and winning multiple mvps(while having murray and porter injured). And with a healthy full squad as well. A team that was built without needing "superstars" and "superteams" to be elite/great. An interesting finals match up woluld be the nuggets vs the Celtics.
What's wrong with superteams? As shown by the video, no one contextualises superteams, they don't care, the superteam rings weigh as much as a Hakeem '95 or Dirk '11 ring
I agree with most of your takes except for your take on devin booker. I dont think hes gonna be the third wheel behind KD and CP3 like klay and bosh as you mentioned but he can take the spotlight himself in the midst of 2 legends to start his own legacy.
Lebron winning again would make people look at the fact that Lebron never had a consistent team and what if he had a full career with a sidekick like Pippen, coach like Jackson, great supporting cast, and a GM like Krause
Yo, I just saw your video earlier today and how you talked about James Harden needing to carry in order to change the narrative and now Embiid is out for today's game and Garden had 45 points...sheesh, you on the money
I want it to go to Jimmy Buckets or the Joker. I think they would be the coolest ones to get a ring. Jimmy would be a legendary story and make him one of the greatest team carriers ever. And Jokic is so good it's almost insane he doesn't have a ring yet. He's like MJ without a scottie pippin.
Johnny I drafted Tatum 1st rd and KAT 2nd round. Shai in 5th rd. Traded KAT right before his injury for Garland, then in March traded Tatum for Sabonis and Di Russell. Won the league with that unusual team ($$$)
FOR EVEYONE TALKING ABOUT SUNS TAKE ..I don’t think he means in terms of who’s 1st 2nd or 3rd option he’s talking about in terms of media attention and legacy wise Booker would be behind them two because the head line story would be CP3 finally had a rind or KD won one without the warriors and were it would rank him on the all time list eveyone would be talking about that more then just Booker winning it if that makes sense but obviously in terms of production he is #2 behind KD and even on most nights I seen him play like the 1st option since KD gets doubled a lot it allows booker to go off
I think the suns’ top player situation is best described as a rotation. All three are amazing, but any given game one of them plays better than the others or makes a bigger difference, i think the attention and praise would just come down to who it ends up being in the championship series
Loved the video, hate how Jaylen Brown wasn't mentioned, and all the shine went to Tatum again. He has a very real shot at winning FMVP if the Celtics win it. Heck he would've won it last year if not for Curry and the Warriors. Also, with the way Booker has been playing, I see him as the favorite to win FMVP if the Suns win it. KD doesn't attack the rim anymore...
Kidd was better in 2011 than CP3 this year. For that reason, there's no way anybody views Booker as the #3 guy on this Suns team. Hell some people have been talking after round 1 about how Devin is arguably the best player on the team despite KD being there
the isssue might be cause KD never goes for huge numbers. he gets his 27-32 on the flow of the offense. lmao one of the greatest scorers ever and we don't rank him high cause ppl bitch about what he did as a free agent
I'm the biggest laker fan in the world and do think they're gonna win the title but steph winning another title back to back at 35 years old would push his legacy so high it'll be unimaginable
The devin booker take is beyond wild. If he keeps playing the way he is so far this playoffs, he will be the MAIN reason they win, basically being the steph curry of the suns.
It’s between Curry, Jokic, and Embiid but I would say Curry because the talks we have to have about him goes from top 10 to top 5 and the convo with Magic gets real tight
@@sunshine_zammy Magic is a much better passer, Interior defender, rebounder, has more accolades. Curry still needs at least a 5th championship to catch up.

@@alexescutia4805 Yeah but still felt nice watching vintage Harden, obviously they got no shot, specially with Doc Rivers coaching. Just would be nice for Embiid and Harden to get their ring
"Who has the most to gain" is a tough question. Some players will jump from a top 50 player to a top 25 if they win, while others could jump from top 10 to top 5, or in LeBron's case, 2nd to 1st. While that's a smaller jump, I believe it holds more weight. If LeBron or Curry are somehow able to secure a championship, it elevates them to 1st or 5th all time, respectfully. If Joker wins a ring, it puts him in a Giannis tier, where it's only a matter of time before they're knocking on the door of the top 10. I don't believe any Suns player gets a ton of respect off a win, as it's a bit expected despite their lack of depth. On the other hand, both Harden and Embiid are breaking the Celtics a part, and with a ring would put them in a top-tier convo, especially for Harden, who would now be looked at as a Steph/Wade type of player, and not a Russ/AI type of player. If they lose to Jimmy though, and he can win it all, he skyrockets into a top 10 SF conversation, being one of the best two-way players to play (and win) at the highest level. This year's playoffs are so exciting!
I was watching Curry in his 50 pt game 7 master class, and thought to myself for the first time.... this is the best point guard in NBA history. Another ring, as a 6 seed..... I may be ready to start talking about his legacy in the top 10 of all time.
he's easily top 10 all time right now. another ring would put him at top 5, likely at number 4 behind kareem. there wouldn't be any debate as to whether he's better than magic.
Heat fan, and I doubt it. There is no way our play is sustainable, lol. Unless we were purposefully hiding our true strength the entire regular season, which would be pretty hilarious if that’s the case.
Bring from New York I can tell you how much it means to all of New York. New York is huge on basketball and the whole city is fans of the Knicks and if they won this year it would be remembered forever
KD has the most to gain. He lost legacy points by leaving OKC and joining the Warriors, and then again by leaving the Nets and joining the Suns. Unlike Lebron, who joins new teams to build something new from scratch, KD keeps joining proven teams. The one time he acted like Bron was when he went to the Nets, but he abandoned that plan. Bron, on the other hand, has won a ring with each team he's played for.
Dirk already had an MVP but yea Jimmy would skyrocket. That’s a good comparison since already Jimmy carried them to a Finals and lost first too just like Dirk.
Great channel, always look forward to the high quality information you provide Arnett. Play the odds, out of the 67 years of the nba...all of only 5 teams have won 52 of the chips. LAL and Boston have 17, Warriors have 7, Bulls have 6, Spurs have 5....of those 5 teams...3 are in the field of 8...go with the odds.
How come no one points out the Lakers had an easy run to this Finals and faced a 6th seed down two key players? Oh it’s the Lakers. My bad. They’re amazing! Lol.
If AD and LBJ led the Lakers to a chip it would be history in the making. To win a title in the 7 seed which no team has ever done also it would be 18 title in Lakers history they will be the team with more titles in NBA history AD wins finals mvp he will be the first big since Shaq to win it
jimmy should win it this year honestly, but... KD isnt going to be redeemed if he won, because he went to ANOTHER superteam of Ayton, Booker and CP3, and maybe this isnt as great as a superteam like the GSW one, but still, it's a superteam.
Ayton is nowhere close to being a star and CP3 is washed, they don't even a deep roster, it's just KD and Booker, they were never a superteam just a regular team and they're not getting past the Nuggets.
Great Video as alyways ❤️💯 but Even if A.D Wins it as the best Player on his Team he will Not Even be close to the conversation of being the best big man all Time…
Jimmy is having a LeBron-esque run right now, which immediately makes him the scariest player in the league. My money is still on the Nuggets, as Jokic and Murray look like a top 3 1-2 punch right now, but Jimmy winning the ring would be ridiculous, similar to when Porto won the Champions league in 2004
Good video but I disagree with your point about Durant. Pretty much everyone was saying the Suns championship window with Booker and CP3 was closed. So personally I don't see this as KD chasing another easy ring.
It definitely wouldn't be an easy ring but if they didn't have KD they would have just as good a chance as anyone . It's not like there's a runaway team in the West that they clearly you wouldn't have been able to be without him
If Suns win and Booker keeps playing like this, he will be the finals MVP without a doubt. He is somehow extremely underrated this year, I don't agree with the take on him at all.
@Harry Snothead lmfao wait AD is not a superstar? Dude have you not seen his last games? What is he? A role player? Comeon now. He's been balling out and Bron hasn't had a good game in two games. It's not about "not giving credit " its about being objective and seeing the big picture. This isn't 2016-18 Bron, this is 2023 Bron. Father time is undefeated
@Harry Snothead bro, Lebron had to acquire a whole new roster to BARELY make the playoffs. Sure Lebron is a great player, but he didn’t carry anybody this year.
@harrysnothead8939how about this? If he gets finals mvp and clearly deserves it then credit as much as any other ring. If not then definitely less credit. Same stuff happened to Kareem.
On one hand, Jimmy Butler is the contender to win a ring and deserves to win one. Bro is getting buckets whenever he’s on the court. But on the other hand, there’s the Joker himself that even the Suns don’t have an answer to him. If they defend him, he’d rather charge in or pass. He’s a wild card in the Nuggets.
Obviously I’m going to root for my Knicks but seeing Jimmy win a ring would be awesome. I also wouldn’t mind seeing the Nuggets win it all. Jokic and Murray deserve one as well
I think Curry has the most to gain. 5 rings ties Magic and has us debating if he's the best PG of all time. It also sounds crazy but i think Curry winning 5 has a real case to be above Bron. 5 with one team is quite a bit more impressive to me than 3.5 while team hopping and bringing in superstar help.
Steph over Lebron is one conversation but putting lebron down for superstar help when curry’s team turned the league to shit for 2 years is laughable 🤣
@Sib but they also just came off a title in 2014-15, and then a 73 win season. Even without KD youd be crazy to think they couldnt have won 1 or both of those titles anyways. But even still, 5 rings (with 2 being KD rings) would still beat the piss out of 4 rings, all on superteams and 1 of them being a mickey mouse bubble ring.
@@raptors11111 ur right they did come off a 73 win season… but they also failed to win a chip off a 73 win season so how can u honestly assume they were guaranteed to win either of the next 2 rings Plus how does 5 rings beat the piss out of 4 it’s a one ring difference 😭 Furthermore why u acting like the warriors ain’t a super team as it is 🤣 Steph klay draymond iguodala that’s more than enough talent they ain’t underdogs by any stretch

As a suns fan as much as I hate to say it you’re right af
What's wrong with superteams? As shown by the video, no one contextualises superteams, they don't care, the superteam rings weigh as much as a Hakeem '95 or Dirk '11 ring

Yeah
As a heat fan
Jimmy has given so much for us and it’s only right for him to get a ring
Lebron winning again would make people look at the fact that Lebron never had a consistent team and what if he had a full career with a sidekick like Pippen, coach like Jackson, great supporting cast, and a GM like Krause
He never had a consistent team because he always jumped ship whenever things didn't go his way.

Harden and Embiid getting rings would be massive for both of their legacies.
I’m so hyped to see who will make the finals
As a Heat fan, whose all time favorite player is Wade,
This would be my favorite title if we pulled it off this year somehow.
You forgot to mention Derrick rose. Everyone would love to see him win a chip
Who’s everyone? Rose isn’t even in the Knicks rotation. He’s terrible on defense
Honestly I dont care if he gets one now. If he was playing then sure, but he isn't. Sucks for him though.

I'm the biggest laker fan in the world and do think they're gonna win the title but steph winning another title back to back at 35 years old would push his legacy so high it'll be unimaginable
Steph has had the most stacked teams for almost a decade. Warriors have no excuses if they lose.
Great video and deep dives into defining their legacy
Glad to see that majority of the comments section rooting for Jimmy Buckets. That guy really deserves that 💍
Would be the biggest legacy jump ever.
The devin booker take is beyond wild. If he keeps playing the way he is so far this playoffs, he will be the MAIN reason they win, basically being the steph curry of the suns.
Typing this as he torched Denver back to back. What a player ma Sha Allah
It’s between Curry, Jokic, and Embiid but I would say Curry because the talks we have to have about him goes from top 10 to top 5 and the convo with Magic gets real tight
real tight? he passed Magic last year pal, a ring this year would put the conversation to bed. I agree with Jokic and Embiid though.
Nah i think steph is the greatest PG of all time the man can basically do everything magic can do but so much better yfm
@@sunshine_zammy Magic is a much better passer, Interior defender, rebounder, has more accolades. Curry still needs at least a 5th championship to catch up.

Ngl, i want a Lakers/Celtics finals. For the tie breaker, with a hungry and younger squad against a ring could be the most important in LeBron's legacy and career. As much as i like the Heat, they can't beat the Lakers, but a Celtics matchup would be a 6-7 game series at least.
Same. I want Lakers vs Garbage Cans.. I mean Cel... No no no Garbage Cans I meant Garbage Cans. Their franchise is old and dust. All their rings are old af. The most irrelevant original team. They always need the Lakers to play them so people remember they have 17 chips, other than that we always forget.

what’s crazy is booker is not a number 3 option, he’s been number 2 over CP for a while now and with KD drawing a lot of gravity towards him, book has been given a lot of resources and used them to an insane degree. after this nuggets series whatever the outcome he’s definitely their number one option lol
Jimmy winning a chip and setting a record for being the only 8th seeded team to win a chip would be so cool tho
I'm a Warriors fan. The only one I'm rooting for in the alternate dimension of us not making it is Jimmy. But we're not in the NBA multiverse, and I'm riding for my Warriors to win it all.
I wanna see an 8 seed win it all, i want to see 2 of the greatest player ever to win another ring, and i want to see jokic win his first ring. Literally half of the contenders winning is alright for me

He still isn't better than Magic.
@@yuvalyuval1 he’s not 1 fmvp 2 fake rings 2 mvps that’s not top 5 or 10

Heat fan, and I doubt it. There is no way our play is sustainable, lol. Unless we were purposefully hiding our true strength the entire regular season, which would be pretty hilarious if that’s the case.
I’m a Knicks fan but if jimmy beats us I would still root for him because he is a hard worker
If somehow 1 year the Charlotte Hornets win the chip, Jordan stans will be like "Jordan 7-0 in finals"
Bring from New York I can tell you how much it means to all of New York. New York is huge on basketball and the whole city is fans of the Knicks and if they won this year it would be remembered forever
All of them have a ton to gain, but CP3 has the most to gain because he losses the most if he doesn't win. Good luck, Suns.
A nuggets vs 76ers finals would be cool! Embid vs Jokic, battle of the big man.
I'd like to see Heat vs Nuggets. Whoever would win i'd be happy.
Like Dirk, Butler would leap frog into top 30
Dirk already had an MVP but yea Jimmy would skyrocket. That’s a good comparison since already Jimmy carried them to a Finals and lost first too just like Dirk.
Great channel, always look forward to the high quality information you provide Arnett. Play the odds, out of the 67 years of the nba...all of only 5 teams have won 52 of the chips. LAL and Boston have 17, Warriors have 7, Bulls have 6, Spurs have 5....of those 5 teams...3 are in the field of 8...go with the odds.
The boys in Boston have been running it back since Raptors won. They’ll be in the finals
A.D. deserved the finals MVP in 2020
😂😂 sure sure
💀💀💀
He played great but that's a stretch. Conference finals MVP sure, but the finals? Stats and the eye test says otherwise.
How come no one points out the Lakers had an easy run to this Finals and faced a 6th seed down two key players? Oh it’s the Lakers. My bad. They’re amazing! Lol.
Im a certified Bron hater and even I think that’s cap lol
Very interesting concept for a video. Subscribed
If AD and LBJ led the Lakers to a chip it would be history in the making. To win a title in the 7 seed which no team has ever done also it would be 18 title in Lakers history they will be the team with more titles in NBA history AD wins finals mvp he will be the first big since Shaq to win it
No matter who wins the championship this year (other than the warriors) it’s gonna feel so much more special than usual
jimmy should win it this year honestly, but...
It has the biggest effect on Jokic,Butler and Embid from and individual stand point.
Great video
Bro guessed the 45 point performance from harden 😂
Great Video as alyways ❤️💯 but Even if A.D Wins it as the best Player on his Team he will Not Even be close to the conversation of being the best big man all Time…
really got video thx appreciate you❤❤
Aye if Jimmy win with this team we need to have some conversations
Harden came through with some signature performances 🙏
As a lifelong Kobe Fan.. im rooting for Jimmy if the Lakers couldn't done it this year.. the guy really earned his stripes.
Would this ring really be in brons favor? He wasn't really been the main man on this team. It would be similar to Ducan in 2014 in my opinion
@Harry Snothead russel also had an amazing game with steller defense so I'm not sure where brons 22 points come Into play

Me personally I'm rooting for the Heat big ups TheGamer2323
Celtics Warriors finals rematch but with the opposite outcome
On one hand, Jimmy Butler is the contender to win a ring and deserves to win one. Bro is getting buckets whenever he’s on the court. But on the other hand, there’s the Joker himself that even the Suns don’t have an answer to him. If they defend him, he’d rather charge in or pass. He’s a wild card in the Nuggets.
Kd or Jimmy need that FMVP
Obviously I’m going to root for my Knicks but seeing Jimmy win a ring would be awesome. I also wouldn’t mind seeing the Nuggets win it all. Jokic and Murray deserve one as well
I think Curry has the most to gain. 5 rings ties Magic and has us debating if he's the best PG of all time. It also sounds crazy but i think Curry winning 5 has a real case to be above Bron.
5 with one team is quite a bit more impressive to me than 3.5 while team hopping and bringing in superstar help.
Bro completely forgot 2 of curry’s rings came w kd 🤦🏽♂️
Steph over Lebron is one conversation but putting lebron down for superstar help when curry’s team turned the league to shit for 2 years is laughable 🤣
@Sib but they also just came off a title in 2014-15, and then a 73 win season. Even without KD youd be crazy to think they couldnt have won 1 or both of those titles anyways.
But even still, 5 rings (with 2 being KD rings) would still beat the piss out of 4 rings, all on superteams and 1 of them being a mickey mouse bubble ring.
I think It's Curry and Bron equally. Either of them win this year, it puts their name right next to Mike.
@@raptors11111 ur right they did come off a 73 win season… but they also failed to win a chip off a 73 win season so how can u honestly assume they were guaranteed to win either of the next 2 rings
