WOW, you guys are really shifting a gear with your progress.🚀 I originally subscribed for the van build, but I am truly loving the land and building renovations.👍👍
Wow, I started watching these various channels because I was building a van and then I followed a few travels because they were interesting. Ladi is the perfect cure for procrastination. Anytime there are jobs to be done in my spare time and I cant be bothered ... put on a Ladi video and Im shamed into pulling out my finger ‼️🤣👍

I'm digging Ladi's yellow sweater! Besides that; the building progress looks amazing. You'll have such a cool workspace in... I dont know, I imagine a year? 8-10 months?
This was great to see... The speed of the works, the quality, the way you all worked like a clock .Biggest cog to the smallest cog, ALL are needed..... Looking forward to the next video... Hopefully as fast as the work getting done.😱😉😉..#allgotskills
Those shed walls are concrete forms. Just remember containers suffer from condensation on the inside. The best way to stop this is spray foam insulation. (I've been planning a container home for the cold of Minnesota)
The wood shed is actually concrete form work the smooth side would be the side that faces in & a second layer would be put 5-6 inch away with its smooth side facing the other, then concrete poured in the gap, left for a few days to set the the form boards un clip leaving a wall, it’s a good use you have there 👍👍🇬🇧🇬🇧
So you mentioned that it took a week of scouring the province for recycled doors and windows. How long did it take you to find a tamper dirt compactor that matched your teal, gray, orange, color scheme?
Hi, don’t make it too nice you won’t want to leave for van adventures 😃. Have you considered designing a bike for van life, light with a long battery life easily charged from the van electrics and with room to take laundry or collect shopping? Those speedy death machines are great to look at and I bet a thrill to ride (I think I’ll stick to my motorbike) but I don’t think you could get a couple of bags of shopping on board.
Congrats you guys! So exciting to see it happen so fast! I can't believe how much progress we're getting to see per video. Am I right in remembering that originally you guys were going to build a house upstairs from the office? Is that also still a plan, or is the container house a replacement for that plan?
The apartment is still the goal, it’s just taken so long for approvals from all these official departments. The container home because it’s removable doesn’t need any approvals, so we’re just prepping that as a future project. We want all sorts of tiny house living options on this plot😅
It has to be great to have good family love and connections. I have a couple of questions. Which doorway is going to be set up for the van to enter? Isn't the hole in the ground that the water goes into going to turn into a sinkhole because of so much water which will be unsafe later? It needs to have rocks in it to help the ground stay solid enough on top to not sink down and to help flow the water down below the surface. It will also settle and need to be maintained over the next year or so or else you will have a lower area all around the hole that you might twist an ankle on when going to go pick up firewood. Thanks for sharing. I love learning more about such building projects.
The skylights are so much cooler looking than before now that they have that modern paneling around them. Looks crazy industrial! Ladi on the forklift is 🙌 makes me nervous to what machine we’ll “have” to get next 😅😂

Did you ever think about rainwater harvesting. You could get a few big tanks and have the overflow go into the ground. Also it may be worth considering putting landscaping fabric and gravel in the driveway to control the mud.
We have a creek right behind the workshop so no need to store rainwater. We’ll be building proper road and tiles all around but that will be very last thing after the apartment.
