What people don't know of the financial and banking sector is that you don't need any degree for MOST positions, only positions that require such degrees may include data analysis, systems opertion or regional+ management where the degrees vary from MBA of comm/business, bachs I.T, networking etc. If you have good communication, they will teach you all the program stuff they use, since 99% is all software automated. Banking and finance jobs is a very good industry if you're looking to start work without a degree. Also, I think it depends on your countrys working policy.
