  • This operation allowed me to avoid a fusion. I’m documenting my progress for others to see so that they can make a little more informed decision. Artificial disc replacement (ADR) at L4L5 L5S1 is where I had my two discs replaced.

    I can’t Lying around otherwise my legs get really really tight I am now six weeks postop my surgery was May 15, 2020

    hello jeremiah, i think over to do also a adr surgery l4/l5 s1/l5, my back is always painful also with laying in bed. i have decided to went to dr.van de kelft in belgium sint niklaas. he surgery also on the adr disc protheses. i have each day pain and struggled sinds two years. i hope for a good outcome. greeeetzzz from the netherlands , nico
