    We are discussing so much about customers, service, technology, cost of business, ROI, etc.
    How many retailers are really taking care of customers? When you go to physical stores, the sales staff is not even aware about product, price or in many cases not even available on floor in many cases.
    We should first address the core / key concern of serving the customers who are coming to our stores.

    he will advise nothing....
    Few times he says I never told my wife that what I am going to do.... Then guess what he will advise you..😀

    Ppl here on cmnt section hv zero business sense. Rakesh made money by speculation not by creating value for us customers. All that was done by Flipkart.
    Understand these differences

      Sekh Azizul Flipkart is also controlled by big investors, Alibaba group, Walmart. Rakesh Jhunjhunwala made many big companies by investing on them. All Indian startup are funded by this big investors. If making money through speculation is so easy, everyone become
      Billionaire.

    1 best example i want to share (my real life incident)
    I wanted to buy a good laptop for my software works during this lockdown...i searched some good laptops and picked one...i checked its price on Amazon it was 95,000 rs...i told my father I want to buy..but buying an electronic product online, as a buyer i thought is a bit risky...that product might have any fault...and i can't trust him blindly...cause I can't deal the seller face to face and the only option was just referring reviews...so finally next day i went to offline market and I bought that same laptop for 1,15,000 rs yes !!!!

      Mere Bacche, pehle thoda research kar le phir bolna
      Rakesh Jhunjhunwala - 4.6 billion USD
      Kishore Biyani - 1.78 billion USD
      Sachin Bansal - 1.2 billion USD
      Rakesh Jhunjhunwala and Kishore Biyani can buy Sachin Bansal as their personal servant and still be filthy rich

    • @sudiptaranjanpatra1876
      @sudiptaranjanpatra1876 2 года назад +1

      @@SuperRedux What he is talking about is valuation. Just because you are valued at 1 Billion dollar doesn't make your worth a billion dollar. Also flipkart is not even publicly traded, IPO is yet to happen. Whatever flipkart is valued at is due to the Softbank Investment and now Wallmart.
