Cryptos are at their all time lows and is it good buying opportunity? ETH has moved to PoS thereby eliminating mining and it's massive carbon footprint. Last point mentioned is much clear about adani infrastructure.. This group are getting government contracts (airports, bridges etc) ,,, cement will help infrastructure business.. very nice analysis.. Also each product of cement have capture the market.. In Maharashtra some region sellers sell Birla super 53 grade (semi urban and urban cities) and in big cities they sell by name of Ultratech cement.. But sellers claim both are same... also people in semi urban cement go for small brand as they save 10 to 30 Rs per bag (Can make a difference while building a small house in a village/town).. capturing retail market and retail customers is long process.. (like asian paints) So main agenda of ACC/Ambuja is for Infrastructure projects.. Thank you.... please keep making such videos....
Akshat... With the govt introducing National Logistics Policy, once the system is set up, i feel industries that are heavily dependent on logistics will gain more profit as transportation of goods becomes cheaper and more efficient.
Ideally yes that is true but it remains to be seen how well will this be implemented because it is complex

you are absolutely wrong in the pricing of CEMENT at 5 rs per kg there is absolutely no where 5rs/kg each bag is of 50kg of all company and it is never less than 400rs per bag infact now it is 450-460

There is a very important point that u missed to explain..After acquirng ACC and Ambuja and after closing their mandatory open offers Adanis have pledged 100% promoters shares and taken money to the tunes of approximately 1 Lakh Crore... What are they going to do with that money...is it mandatory that they invest that amount only to these companies or can they use those funds for other purposes...Can u give some insight into that aspect too....

These cement companies have been working in union and controlling price of cement in market. By killing small players they will be able to jack prices. U are also right that they will be able to bid competitively in infra projects
I don't agree with your conclusion. Even though we buy cements or any other materials within our group of companies, there will be buying and selling involved. We cannot consider cement price as zero for building an infrastructure

Few years ago even TATA Group sold it's cement division. And now these international companies exiting the Indian market. I think cement will be comodity with less profitability. Also as matter of fact many small and local cement manufacturing companies have also shut down in many states.

Curious as to what % of India's cement do Adani companies consume? My sense is it will be a lot lower than the total cement that Ambuja and ACC will produce, and so the lesser realization, if any, will be limited to a small portion of Ambuja and ACC revenues.
