So the community should have no access to a gas or booze? And then people complain about food deserts? How about the cops deal with this rather than the businesses that pay taxes to have this sorted?
Law Breakers in our local governments… no consequences… just like this and so many other news reports… no names, no pictures, nothing.. even though the criminals were booked in jail..
Wait. So if criminals latch on to and hang out around a business your tactic is to fine the business? Sounds like a good way to drive money out of already struggling areas. Why not just watch it and arrest the criminals when they break the law? Stop giving them slaps on the wrist, and get them off the streets.
@@daviestl3766maybe that’s the problem… I never see any democrats supporting small businesses.. Food Deserts??? Why not have small local grocery stores and vegetable shops???? There are hundreds of vacant city owned lots.. why doesn’t the city promote gardens? Because it’s easier to complain
Why don't the people in their community or the police do something to stop it? It's not the gas stations fault. The gas station doesn't have the power to arrest people for committing crime. This city's tax base is eroding. Chasing any business out of the city is stupid and counterintuitive. Alderman admits the govt can't do anything to stop the crime and violence. So, the business has to close, the employees get fired, and the community loses a place to get gas and supplies.
How is this the property owners fault? It's not the property it's the people in the neighborhood. "I'm sorry but the citizens don't know how to act so we're going to shut down your business." Just another reason NOT to open a business or invest in STL. Next story: Why are so many neighborhoods becoming food deserts? Or Why is it so hard to find employment in certain neighborhoods.
The business are the problem.. just like its Kia’s fault that their cars are stolen.. and gun manufacturers are killing people… no responsibility, no consequences, nothing…
Take one place down people are just gonna go elsewhere to do the same thing
@Bruce Waynesjustice I wish that was the case

Maybe it's the people...
And not the cops, gas stations or "properties"
The last time the cops tried arresting a violent brotha, blm terrorists burned and looted most businesses in that area.
This is not on the owners, it's on the law makers...

no lets do what ever they want
Extortion
It's not like a black person own it anyway wym the owners don't put no money in the neighborhood

How the fuck is this the gas stations problem?

I really believe its a problem with the people. Not the business...We need more police. But this is a democratic ran city so that's what we get.
Well the Mayor and Lewis Reed didn't help..what a joke hahaha
People shouldn't have to live in fear like this. Wondering whats gonna happen next. I pray for GOD to keep everyone safe 🙏.
Hats off to Rosemary Ray and Brandon Bosley.
Crime culture
Why are drug dealers allowed to hang around the store?

Thats why some pizza hut restaurants have BULLET PROOF GLASS.

Car fires are scary stuff
LAW AND ORDER 🤔
Yea the cops are finally patrolling streets
Nope.
Last time good cops tried to arrest violent criminals, blm was started, riots, looting and defending the police.
Maybe the problem is the people
