- In today's vide Corey and I install the FASS 165 Lift Pump for my truck! We had a minor set back with the fuel cooler leaking... so we installed the rest of the parts and I ordered a new fuel cooler. New fuel cooler is installed and the truck is now drivable without leaking fuel. Thanks for watching!

Now these boys did a great job and I have my system but have yet to install it but I do have to know that if the 9 minute and 19 second mark if you were watching this for instructions look at the diagram on the filter that they put on it's the PF particulate filter and it clearly shows in the diagram that that one goes on the nipple that obviously does not have the tube hanging down because when you look at the diagram they have installed it not like it should be installed for the diagram that is on the filter now they may have corrected it later but I'm only calling it out because people who are watching this for instruction may well listen to what they're saying and put the filters on incorrectly they have a diagram if they're fast filters and they tell you which one it goes on look at the diagram then look at the pump and you'll see that they put them on backwards maybe they fixed it later but at that point just wanted to call that out cuz if you're watching it for instruction you're going to follow what they did and it's just a small mistake but just don't mix that up

TTorres1183 let me know what you end up going with. i’m at the same point. my egr is tuned off, however i’m still trying to figure out the route I wanna go because I don’t wanna use a blocker plate. I just want it out of my engine bay completely lol.

Hey man need your help. @4:32 in your video you put the fuel filter in front and the water separator in the back. On the instructions for this newer series it has them reversed?
I’m just confused as to which is the correct way? I see that all other FASS pumps do it like your video but like I said on the newer pumps it looks reversed?
They put them on backwards in the video. Maybe they fixed it?
It actually shows on filter for the newer ones
Will I be fine without doing the sump?
