It really depends on the peaches and how tart or sweet they already are. I like to add about a teaspoon then taste and add more from there until I’m happy with the flavor
Remember RUclipsrs, whenever you use a two sided jigger, you have to hold it between the sides of two fingers, no matter how awkward the pour is. It's better to be cool than practical.
You can use this method and explore different Fruits and berries! Try some out and see which is your favorite!
Thank you for the recipe. This is going to be great at brunch.
Close but I was just at Harry’s bar and it’s shaken. It was barely bubble after that.
Just in time for Sunday brunch
Can you freeze the purée?
MY FAVORITE ❣️❣️
Do you cool the peaches off first or immediately chop and toss them into the blender after blanching?
Let them cool off enough to not burn yourself!
Thanks for the reply. I tried it and even added a little👌🏽 lemon juice and it turned out great🔥.
Can you use canned peaches
What measurement of sugar do you use?

Yummo

It is practical tho hold it that way. The fact that when you see a bartender pour like that and you think “damn he/she thinks their cool” is weird 🤣
@@bjackedd Nah, the twist is awkward. You know it.
@@bill9989 it’s not awkward at all. I know you’re the fun guy in your friend group.
@@bjackedd I am the fun guy. While keeping it real.
@@bill9989 I just went to a bar snd saw the tender so that drink… and have to agree with you now
You're supposed to use white peaches 🍑 😒
Either ones work great since you add sugar to the blend. Plus white peaches are very hard to find in a lot of areas, no reason to only use them!
Looks a little thick
Perfect thickness, been using this recipe for over 10 years, it’s a customer favorite! 👍
@@CocktailCards your customers are probably hicks who wouldn't know the difference if you served them a glass of peach kool-aid
@@Marcel_Audubon Huge miss but good luck!
