Belyuen Community NT 'Gotta Talk it Out and Let it All Out !!
Last week, IHHP artist Jess, Jjay, Brayden and Matt in collaboration with TEAMhealth and the Belyuen Community School created this powerful catchy mental health awareness song called 'Talk it Out'. The youth alongside IHHP workshopped ideas around coping mechanisms and how we can deal with our emotions when we are feeling down whilst still being deadly young leaders who are proud of their culture, identity and community. IHHP and TEAMhealth cannot thank the ridiculously talented youth and community of Belyuen for their hard work, creativity, support and commitment all week. Special shout out to Renee, Ses and Jodie from the Belyuen School and Sacha from TEAMhealth and of course Senior Elder Nana Anne!!
