    So let me get this straight. You were sketched out by them not wanting to give a test drive. You then test drive it and it goes bad in your own words. So then you decide to buy it anyways, and then sue the man who doesn't even own the car and is just a salesman for over double? What a wild course of action

    • @Katrina-qs2rl
      @Katrina-qs2rl 23 часа назад

      I buy a low mileage, lightly used car every 10-15 years. I ALWAYS buy from the dealer; when I get Lexus, I only buy from Lexus, for example. These always come with a warranty backed by the Brand. Never would I buy from a private party. That's asking for trouble. The one time I deviated from this was when I bought a Mazda Rx7 from a GM dealer. It had 125k miles and no warranty. After the purchase, I took it to the Mazda dealer and had it examined by the service center; they found a couple of defects that were considered safety issues (pertaining to steering). I contacted the seller and matter of fact style I explained the situation without accusing anyone of anything. The seller (GM dealer) took care of both problems. They later explained that they did this because of how professionally I treated them. No snark. No drama. Just the facts.

If she would have immediately returned the vehicle even if she had to have it towed, she could have gotten her money back, because she didnt know it was a salvage title. She should have never sold it to a junkyard…… three grand she could have gotten back, but she would have had to return the car first and then sue based on the salvage title.
