Vanguard has some great ideas game wise but boy does that over trigger mechanic ruin it for me(such a shame).

I agree with that so when I play with my friends we both take OT off from the decks.

At first glance, I thought that over-trigger is more of the problem in the game but now I think about it like the other layer of skill play.
What I mean to say is in some competitive games, the fact that one player can prevent the loss by playing around over-trigger or knowing when to bet on it can show how good they are.
Of course, it is most likely that most of the time over-triggers just steal your game(just like in game 2).
It kinda feels bad if it happens in a competitive game but I think it's OK in the friendly match where you can laugh at it when it happens.
