if you look at how he tries to involve everyone in the interview 3:53, you can clearly see that he is being thoughtful.
RDJ is certainly a guy who tries to be most aware and involved, therefore he is more in the spotlight than others. when he was younger it would be more about him than others.
But also he ages and emphathises right now, he's still very present but not just for himself anymore

Can we just appreciate the fact that being Iron Man got RDJ back up on his feet? He even acknowledged that when Jimmy, talking about Iron Man, said "Imagine if this movie had ruined your acting carrer" and RDJ gets a bit caught up in his words until he says "The only way was up back then, buddy". I'm sooo proud of him!

Like some of the other comments mentioned, this is exactly why I love Robert. He has every opportunity to act all high and mighty compared to the other cast members, and yet he never does. His costars always have nothing but good things to say about him and the way he’s turned his life around is so amazing and inspiring to witness. I love the way he makes every cast member feel special and included. He really is a good person and I feel like that shines through especially in these interviews. He also adores his fans which says a lot about his character because most big shot A-list celebs are pretty shitty to their fans and act like they’re more of a hindrance than what makes them famous. Robert’s kids are going to have a great role model to look up to later in life

Someone tell me why there is a recuring theme of Pom being ignored in interviews in general.
Because she does not have a major part as others, according to the asshole Kimmel.
Even in the interview in Korea, Hiddleston, Cumberbatch and Holland seemed to converse well and Pom just had to bring herself in conversation. Maybe because she is French and not so famous. But i disapprove of the ignorance towards her by the cast as well as the interviewers. Even she is an important part of MCU give her some credit! After all she nearly succeeded in making Thanos sleep as Mantis.
