Yeahh.. I'm loving this radical pruning method.. always keeping young booming shoots.. then with the re-sprouts we restart the cycle! Soon it will be harvest season again and we will revisit the coffee system with updates on this!!

Whenever you prune a plant, it'll naturally be encouraged to resprout
You identified three young plants from the main stem, right? So, do you separate them, and plant once it is their chance to grow?
They will not be replanted, but will keep on growing on that same spot and will substitute the current producing stem.
