Can you please tell me the camera settings in your mobile ?
For iPhone just turn on the “macro control” in your camera settings and when you see the yellow flower icon on the screen, turn it off. So you will turn off the macro mode and use the standard camera instead of the wide angle camera
Does this lens makes blurry background?
All macro lenses for phones have shallow depth of field and there’s nothing can be done about it. It is how phone camera + macro lens work

I have iphone 14 pro max and i can't capture a clean photo why?
With my products? I have iPhone 13 pro mac and 15 pro max, both work great. Your phone’s cameras are the same as iPhone 15 pro max. It may be that you block one of the cameras (that takes light information) or most likely the problem is camera settings. Turn on “macro control” in camera settings then turn off the macro mode in camera app
@@HeraStore the only i don't have the macro lens and the focus l can't control it
Try zooming in to X2. I usually use X1.6-2 without a macro lens

@b.zeynep1781 that is actually good. Because the macro lens can’t be used with the “macro camera” (which is the wide angle camera). Need to use the standard camera only. The standard camera also has the best sensor, so the picture quality is best. I use iPhone 13 pro max and iPhone 15 pro max for dental photography and I never use the macro camera mode on my phone

I use same tool for dental photos on my iphone 15 pro max but something isn’t right… macro control should be on or off? And when I take a video the teeth are super bright and without any details :( what I have to do? Thank you!
