i'm picking up Kha cause I can't really climb out of D3. I just run into the enemy jungle and see if I can all in them lvl 1. there's gotta be a list of champs Kha can just bully out of jungle if uncontested.

Better dueling potential, better clear overall. I'll only evolve R in priority if I'm against a lot of Auto Attackers or need to cancel certain spells situationally, overall the potential or Q W E evolve together makes you a bigger threat in general, with good mobility, utility as well as better overall damage
