My husband and I are looking at remodeling our kitchen, and would normally do it ourselves, but we were totally intimidated by the drawers and cabinets. Watching you, and this method, left me knowing we could tackle the project ourselves. Thanks!
I literally discovered the drawer method yesterday!!! Seeing it now in this video made me smile. I was kicking myself in the rear b/c it literally took me 3 weeks to get these dresser drawers right.....thank you Anna!!!
That was AMAZING! Thanks, Ana! The older I get, the more brave and determined I can tackle these types of projects! Thank you for that drawer tutorial especially. I have a project I am going to use that for right away!
Beautiful and so smartly done! I love your no math method. Always wanted to build cabinet/drawer pieces and felt so intimidated with the exact measurements needed. This is brilliant, I love it!!!
I literally spent hours and hours calculating for the positioning of sliders to go on the inside of a cabinet we are making, where my partner had already put sliders on the side panel of the draws. Took it ages to get them all right with lots of readjusting drawer fronts. Your method is absolutely brilliant!!!! So glad I saw this at the start of my woodworking journey. Thank you so much for sharing.
I've been looking for a good entertainment center type piece. I think this will work. This would be easy to flip as well with two sets of drawers on the sides and the shelves in the middle. Great piece.
It sure would, please share if you build, I'd love to see it as an entertainment center! Here is another drawer video with more detailed information. ruclips.net/video/AlvlrPxXGUw/видео.html
I am amazed by your talents, work ethic, skills, and perseverance. Add to that how beautiful you are and your husband is a fortunate man to have married you!
You do the greatest work! I'm so happy I found you. You inspire and empower me. I bought all my tools (Ryobi, I might add) and have been building things that amaze my family. Thanks for your support.
Besides being an amazing blessing to your family 👪 ❤, How happy you an your team make new home owners, An anyone who is blessed to own there own home 🏡, that you all built 🙏 👍👌 😀💙 💜.
The shelf configurator website is super helpful when planning any shelves. Pocket hole joinery is super strong and adjustable shelves is a nice feature to have. I would recommend double sided tape instead of nailing the drawer fronts to avoid filling and sanding, but this is the fastest and most easiest method out there. Keep up the great work as the goal is for us to continue to inspire others to build something awesome! 👍🏼
This is great Ana, and I would love to be able to access ‘shelf-help’ products but am so grateful that you allow us overseas subscribers to access the configurator. Thank you 🙏🏻
Wow Ana you just keep on amazing me. Hope your daughter appreciates all your hard work. I think she does, IMO. Again another great video & project from Mrs. Ana White. I love them all. Be safe & God bless you & your sweet family, Chris from Missouri
Loooove the way you make the drawers!!!! Thank you so much for your generous sharing with all of us! greetings and hugs, ale miller, from Aguascalientes, México.
It’s the best method out there, I would just recommend double sided tape if you do not want to fill and sand the nail holes. Good luck, and build something awesome!
Thanks, check it out at shelfhelpnow.com, I sure hope the lumber prices come back down soon! If anything you can go play around with the configurator:)
I'm thankful I don't have more time after working, etc. I'd be afraid I'd want to rip stuff out of my house to try some of your ideas! Maybe in a few years, when I can retire. What a nice and functional addition to the bathroom!
My only reservation with this one is the thickness of the top for aesthetic reasons more than anything. I think I'd like it a little thicker with a bull nosed overhang. BUT, that's my taste. Thanks for another great solution.
Gee, I'm a pilot and starting out in woodwork as it seems particularly relaxing and enjoyable, and you've just shown me that I don't have to use Number theory., Algebra, Geometry and Combinatorics just to make a drawer, lol. Very well done once again. Cheers John from OZ.

Anna you are an inspiration to all women. When I was a 13, I wanted the do wood work at school instead of cooking & sewing Not because I was a Tom boy but because I used to watch my dad make stuff all the time. I was told that wood & metal work wasn't to be offered to girls. Such a sexist attitude of the era. Times have changed & you have shown us all that equality is important. Keep being a great role model.
This is beautiful! I'm thinking of trying this, but I've never built anything before. I'd need to put some door on it though, since I'd put extra dishes and extra groceries in it.
Hi Ana, I am a new subscriber. I watched your video on your secret squirrel method of installing drawer slides. I am a full time cabinet maker and totally gave up on ball bearing drawer slides. What size pocket hole screws were used on the 3/4 ply
1 1/4" PH screws are used for 3/4 stock.

Nice!
Question: What grade plywood do you utilize in your cabinets that will be painted? With drastic increase in wood product it has been difficult locating quality panel wood. Thoughts? Thank you.
These are from our Shelf Help service, we use 3/4" purebond.
How are your pocket joints staying so straight when you screw them in? Anytime I do it they slide pretty crooked unless I use a clamp or two.
I would recommend clamping, I generally hold it out a smidge and it pulls it back to flush.
