I remember the first Democratic convention that I watched. It was also in Chicago. It was 1968, and I was 13. Very shortly, I became more interested in the images outside the convention, of the young people protesting. Not that the inside wasn't a heated affair as well!

As a follower in the UK, I feel that Kamala Harris’s middle name should be Hope. I have little idea of what her policies will be, but she inspires, and gives hope compared to Dire, Depressing, Deluded Donald.
