@@rahulsiboro1200Third place is among the runner ups(2nd runner up if they placed third) . He did NOT say that they were the FIRST runner up, hence his answer is correct. And indeed they won, winner of the Pop and Acapella category. Fyi, only the winners of the different categories(3 categories, i think) are qualified to compete in the final round for the grand prix prize.
